After that time, all ski operations are scheduled to continue out of Main Lodge, weather permitting. I am ranked in the top 2% by VRBO out of 2400 Mammoth properties! -Luxury features like in-unit laundry, heated bathroom floors, custom boot drying rack, and Cafe/Sub-Zero appliances. -Fully stocked with paper goods, spices, oil, zip locks, foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, hand soap, coffee filters, dish soap, laundry detergent, firewood... The Details! Our beautiful condo is located in Sierra Megeve, which is directly across from the lifts at the newly renovated Canyon Lodge and only 1 mile to the Village! If you haven't been to Mammoth, the Canyon Lodge area is the most convenient location to stay. Steps to the lifts, yet just 1 mile to all the restaurants, shops and entertainment in the Village. You can walk, take the free gondola (seasonally) from Canyon right into the village, or take the convenient shuttle which picks up right outside of our condo. Leave your car in the covered garage, and the hassle of parking behind, as you walk to the lifts. You can even walk home for lunch! (Please see photos provided of google maps to see our exact location to the lifts and Canyon Lodge). We are also ideally located for many of the fun summer and fall activities that Mammoth offers too! From biking to hiking, or just relaxing, our location is serene and beautiful. If you haven’t been to Mammoth in the summer/fall and don’t know all there is to do, just ask and I will send you my favorite hiking, biking and other activities that may be challenging to discover on your own. Our condo has an open floor plan with all high end finishes, custom furnishings, top of the line appliances, heated floors, luxury bedding...the list goes on. The kitchen is a cooks dream, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, from a holiday spread to a pre-ski breakfast. There is also a built in water purifier, so no need to haul water with you! (Feel free to email me if you have a specific questions about what items are in the kitchen.) There are two true primary bedrooms, each with ensuite, highly upgraded bathrooms with heated floors and double vanities, King size Stearns and Foster Luxury Firm mattresses with 550 thread count pima cotton linens and down duvets, 40" Sony tv's with apple tv’s, cozy window seats with sunny easterly facing mountain views, and plenty of hangers and dresser drawer space. All linens including duvet covers are laundered between every guest. Decorative bed items have been permanently removed for sanitary reasons. The third bedroom is the bunk room. It features an amazing custom built log bunk bed with a queen and three twin beds. Organic woodland creatures print sheets and warm duvets will keep the kids snug and happy! The third bathroom is located directly across from this bunk room and also has heated floors, a Carrera marble vanity, and beautiful custom tiled shower. When you are ready to relax, retreat to the great room with its soaring ceilings, start a real fire with the provided wood in the beautiful custom fireplace, settle into the massive custom made sectional sofa, and turn on the 60" Sony Flat Panel tv. There is also high speed internet, cable TV with HBO, Tivo, Apple TV, and Hulu. The complex offers one underground parking space for one vehicle, and one extra vehicle in a guest spot as available. TWO CARS MAXIMUM ARE ALLOWED. There is a heated pool (summer only), large spa, and laundry facilities (in addition to our in unit laundry). Our unit faces Southeast with views of the trees and mountains. Is not on the noisy road side! PLEASE NOTE: we are located on the third floor (two floors above garage) and also have a flight of stairs to the upper master within our unit. There is NO elevator in the complex, but the stairs are interior, carpeted, and accessible from the garage. No pets are allowed for renters per HOA rules. **This is a privately owned condo and we (the owners) reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If guests arrive with more people in their party than stated on their reservation, no one will be permitted to enter and no refund will be issued. Unauthorized overnight guests, pets, or smoking on the property after arrival will be cause for immediate eviction of the entire party with no refund. Please contact owner prior to arrival if amount of guests in your party changes. Please note: We are required to collect Transient Occupancy Tax for the Town of Mammoth Lakes. TOT Certificate #7892.

This is one of the nicest home rental experiences we have ever had. The condo was meticulously and stocked with all the supplies we could need. Although the kitchen is not large, it is so well designed that I was easily able to cook every meal for eight people with ease. We had four kids from 5-11 who stayed in the bunk room and had a blast playing games and watching videos together after spending the day on the slopes. The location allowed us to easily come home for lunch or when the kids needed a break from skiing. The condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator so parents with babies in a stroller, or anyone who has difficulty navigating stairs should be aware of this. I won’t want to ever stay anywhere else in Mammoth! Thank you to Jem and Lisa for being so attentive and easy to communicate with.

We’ve never stayed in a more beautiful, well appointed condo before! Whatever we could possibly need was there for us. Lisa was an amazing person to rent from. She was thorough in her details before we arrived, and once there, any questions we had she answered within minutes! With much gratitude for the experience.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The kids loved the custom-made bunk beds, and there was plenty of room for our party of 8 to hang out and eat together. Beds big and comfy and bathroom amenities were top-notch. We will hopefully be back soon!

This beautiful condo was the absolute PERFECT place for a ski weekend with our two families. The dual masters gave the adults plenty of peace and quiet and the kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen is amazing and has top of the line appliances and gadgets that made cooking a breeze. And the proximity to Canyon Lodge (just steps!) maximized our time on the mountain with easy back and forth when the kids were tired. This is one of the best VRBO properties we have EVER stayed in and Lisa was super helpful and responsive. We will definitely try to come back again any time we plan to go to Mammoth!

This is our second time staying at Lisa’s beautiful condo. It is such a well appointed place, and she has put so many thoughtful touches into this home. From the luxurious showers, to the heated towel racks, to the modern kitchen, to the boot warmers… the condo is very comfortable, and it is also in an incredible location, you literally walk right across the street to Canyon Lodge. I highly recommend Lisa’s place!

So comfortable. Lisa has thought of everything you may need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The condo fit us perfectly when we weren't on the nearby slopes. Plenty of room to relax, do a puzzle, play games, cook, and just hang-out. Some of the highlights are the heated floors in the bathrooms, the boot/glove dryer, the games and puzzles, and a great kitchen with quality appliances, utensils and pans as well as foil, baggies, etc. (not the usual cheap, junk that is often found in rentals). We had a great trip and really enjoyed staying in this relaxing home away from home.

We have been coming to Mammoth for decades and this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed at! The Owner was a delight to interact with throughout the process. The condo was immaculate, fabulous kitchen with everything we needed, gigantic sectional that accommodated everyone, comfy beds, plenty of towels, a fireplace that works, and the drying rack was a bonus WOW! A short walk to Canyon Lodge... super convenient! We will be back!!!

This is the best condo in Mammoth! All the reviews are accurate. This place is truly luxurious, yet so comfortable. Everything looks brand new and impeccably clean. High end appliances, fixtures, and furnishings. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. My favorite is the heated floors and the fireplace. Everything about our stay was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again.

This condo is perfect! It’s an easy walk to Canyon Lodge. The owners are so responsive and helpful. They have thought of everything. The kitchen is loaded with all the pots, pans and tools you’ll need. The beds are really comfy. The bunk room is perfect for kids, teens or even adults. Every room and bathroom is beautifully updated. The glove and boot dryer is the bomb! We were there during a huge storm and had nice dry boots and gloves every morning. It was also very quiet compared to staying in the village.

We really enjoyed this condo. Lots of luxury details- heated floors in the bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, 2 BIG master suite’s. Boot and glove warmer, two covered parking spots. We don’t have small children but you could see it was set up for them too with whimsical bedding and toys and stocked with games and puzzles for us. The showers were big with tons of water pressure. The location was KEY for skiing. Soooo close to Canyon Lodge. We walked “ home” after a day on the slopes. Thanks for a great family ski trip!!

My daughter was getting married in Mammoth and a couple days before the wedding , the rental we booked months before, double booked our condo. We were very upset, but, Lisa came to our rescue. Her condo was absolutely gorgeous, spotless and beautifully appointed right down to the last detail!! The beds were very comfortable and it truly felt like home. Lisa was an OUTSTANDING host!! She was extremely responsive and helped us in so many different ways! Probably the best condo in Mammoth and certainly the BEST host!!! Thank you, Lisa for everything!! Best experience EVER!!!

Excellent In Every Way
We loved our stay and will definitely be back. The location was incredible. With four young kids, it was nice to have a short walk across the street to access Canyon Lodge and the lifts. The beds were very comfortable and my kids loved playing with the video games in the bunk room in the evenings. My only complaint is that we didn't get to stay longer! By the way, Lisa was fantastic and was great with communication and helping us access the property without a hitch. I highly recommend this rental.

Absolutely wonderful!
What a beautiful condo, so spacious and so convenient to Canyon Lodge. Everything was sparkling clean, fantastic kitchen, top of the line fridge, stove & dish washer. It was stocked with high end dishes, pots & pans…you normally don’t get that with a rental, but this condo had it all.
We’ve stayed at many condos in Mammoth and several condos at Sierra Megeve over the years, but this condo by far was the best we’ve ever stayed in!
Lisa was beyond accommodating and so helpful. When we arrived there’s was a bottle of fantastic Champagne with a welcome sign on it addressed to us, such a special touch! Our granddaughter had a wonderful time staying in the bunk room, in which she called the “tree house” it is so well designed and very fun for children!
We definitely plan on coming back again, we didn’t want to leave!
There’s No need to look anywhere else, this is the place to stay!

This condo in Mammoth is amazing. Our family was so impressed with how well maintained and beautiful everything was - down to the last detail. The owner cares deeply about her guests’ experience and even emailed us in advance to advise about the weather and the need for chains to get up the mountain. We were so pleased and would love to stay again in the future. 5 stars. Highly recommended!
