some points were disappointing . Restaurant is average . rooms are nice and so is location

breakfast was fair - not more than that . Rooms are very nice and comfortabe.

some points at the desk could be improved - we feel we not so much welcomed . Sorry , I am ususally a promoter of hotels where I stay ....

Gutes Hotel für einen Kurztrip!

Für die Anreise mit der S-Bahn ist die Entfernung gerade noch okay, man braucht etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt.

Die Heizung ließ sich nicht regulieren, es war zu warm im Zimmer, ich musste daher öfter das Fenster öffnen. Das Hotel liegt in Aubing und damit nicht zentral, die Innenstadt ist doch recht weit entfernt.

Immer wieder sehr gern.

Auf das mediterrane Frühstück freuen wir uns immer, wenn wir vor Ort sind. Es gibt stets etwas Neues zu entdecken, obwohl auch unsere Favoriten (gedünstetes Gemüse, Lachs, Rührei, Brezeln, Obst und Joghurt) nie fehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und flexibel.

Ein Hotel zum empfehlen.

Besonders gut war das Bett. Auch das gebuchte Zimmer erfüllte alle Wünsche.

Die Kaffeemaschine konnte leider nicht benutzt werden da Schimmel drin war. Leider wurde nachveinem Hinweis darauf nichts unternommen.

We enjoyed our stay, but without a car we would choose a more central location next time.

The hotel was located in a quiet area (in Aubing) at some distance from the centre of Munich. That made it a pleasant, relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. Staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

Without a car, the train from Munich and walk from the station took about 40 minutes, so it is not convenient if you want to return to the hotel during the day and go out again in the evening. Taxis are expensive and hard to find.

The room was very clean, spacious and had great technological features.

Unexpectedly the hotel did not provide any bed linen and pillows for the sofabed on which our kid could sleep on. There was also a cockroach in the room.

Beautiful and modern hotel in a very quiet location.

Very beautiful hotel and helpful staff , modern and very quiet, the breakfast is very good . The parking garage is secure

1. There is no reception after 10 pm . 2. You need to open the window for good ventilation .

Loved the huge tub and bathroom!

There were a few bugs and it was far from attractions but if you have a car it was not bad

Pretty but sad about a few things

Loved the beds! Very nice lights, beautiful shower, and nice aesthetic!

Was not given proper instructions on parking underground. Sad breakfast was not included. Also was told that we were not applicable for the spa, even tho they didn't know our package (I thought we were when we booked)

Superb

There was given one room the first night for both guys. There was none in the receltion and to the aafe box were was just one key left.

There was given three nights instead of four we payed

We didn't find a bottle of water in our room and the jacuzzi water was a little bit cold.

Good quiet location out of the city.

Everything was fantastic. There is also a wellness center with a sauna, spa pool and massaging showers. This was excellent and can be booked for private use for an additional cost. There is also a restaurant in the hotel with good food. Parking is available in the basement for a fee also.

Worst stay ever!

The restaurant and the size and decor of the room.

I honestly wonder how you can hire the staff that worked here when we checked in. So unfriendly. No smile, no explanation of the hotel or anything. We had some problem at check in, the keys didnt work, the extra bed wasnt made, the blanket was dirty, only one wine glas etc...not ok for the amount you pay. Nothing is included its just a room with unfriendly staff. We just wanted to leave and will never come back. We did not try the spa (that was the main reason why we booked the room) because it was fully booked. But the staff told me that there is no pool as described in the booking add, its just a jaccuzzi. And maybe worst thing, the staff had no intension to say sorry or to make me a happy customer.
