Property is good… needs some sprucing up.. kitchen cabinets.. towel bar in bathroom.. carpet needed to be vac in bedroom. Small cosmetic repairs would make it feel nicer. We will return.

Sally was an amazing host. The property and location couldn’t have been better. It’s just a few steps to the gulf coast. My husband and I came here for a relaxing, laid back vibe to disconnect from our busy in the city lifestyles. Everything was very close by if you’re looking to go into town. We enjoyed staying in and playing in the water. No need for a pool as the ocean was warmer temperatures than bath water. We will definitely return with our children next time as there’s plenty of space in the condo. Thank you, for sharing your place with us!

We had a great time! The property is clean and well maintained. We spent our days in the water and relaxing on the beach. Several restaurants are close to the property. This was our first time staying here and we will stay again. We were in the 2 bedroom on the second floor. It was nice having the screened in porch also.

Super location, right on the beach. Upstairs with screen porch and good views. Be advised This not a cottage but an upstairs apartment with two lower apartments. Laundry is upstairs and lower guest have to enter screen porch to use them. Rather awkward if you’re enjoying the porch. Unit is dated , old carpet and twin bed’s could use new mattresses. Overall ok Unit but location is perfect

This was the first time we brought our kids to the beach, and it couldn’t have been any better! We unfortunately had red tide for the arrival day and the next, but that was out of everyone’s control. The views were stunning, beach was perfect and felt like we had it to ourselves, and sunset with the neighbors was a fun experience! From the property, we saw dolphins almost daily, a manatee, and a sting ray. The accommodations were awesome! Coffee on the lanai was a great start to the day! There were fun restaurants within walking distance and a little free library across the street. Communicating with Sally was super easy, and we sincerely hope we are able to stay on this property again in the future!

We had a glorious time. The sunsets were astounding. The “red tide” was a nuisance but we were well informed before our vacation. If the irritation of mouth and nose gets too bad wear a mask. We came home refreshed and recharged. Can’t ask for more than that. Sally is wonderful to work and answered all our questions.

Property was nice and clean, only suggestion would be the owner install ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The rooms were too warm with the air set on 72 degrees

Unfortunately we dealt with AC issues the week we were there with two hot nights and days, lots of workers in and out, a wet screened patio floor from the window units leaking and just overall frustration dealing with this on a hard earned vacation. Also, the downstairs tenants that came in midweek were not the most respectful. The bedrooms and carpet are dated. If you want a private location I do not suggest this shared property, you never know who will be downstairs. The owner was apologetic, responsive and courteous. The location and view was amazing!

The location of this property is amazing! We enjoyed the screened in lanai and the huge window looking out into the Gulf. The property itself is a bit dated. Didn’t realized the unit was located on the second floor with two units below. All three units share the washer and dryer that is located outside this units screened porch (requiring guests having to come into that space to access it) which can be a bit awkward if you’re having dinner out there. Overall, the location is what made this stay amazing, not the unit itself.

Cottage was as pictured and ready upon arrival; the beach was the backyard -- beautiful! We stayed on the second floor and the screened in patio was perfect. It was very convenient to walk back up for bathroom or food/drink breaks. Quiet neighborhood; uncrowded beach; short walk to Stump-Pass park and nature trail. Short drive to restaurants. We enjoyed the area and meeting the neighbors staying in the other units as well (KY thanks for the koozie).

This property is nice, quiet and right on the beach. It’s perfect for a small family or couple to stay at. We loved the screened in Outdoor area to have lunch and dinner at. Also I loved the huge window in the living room. When it’s too hot out you can sit on the couch in the cool a/c and still feel like your on the beach with the views. This is our second time staying at this gem and it won’t be our last.

We stay at “our” home away from home 2 times a year! It has NEVER let us down! We always make our reservations for next year while we are there. We don’t even think about another location. Property is perfect. It is in immaculate condition both inside and out. Love the screened in porch for rain or shine, and the yard area with the chairs and umbrellas for days in the sun. Also, the rocking chairs on the porch were a great addition! Until we return in January.

This is our second year at this property. The location doesn't disappoint and the host is responsive. Some nice upgrades from last year. A nice and fairly quiet place to spend a week.
