Nestled in Crested Butte, this lovely condo for $311 per night is a great choice for your next break. 1 block to Elk Ave on quiet 4th and Sopris. THE PERFECT LOCATION!!!! Walk, bike, hike from your festive location. Restaurants close, but shielded. Free bus to ski area 1/2 block. 10 minutes with close drop. Check in 3pm. Check out 10am unless arranged differently with host. Hot Tub!!! POOCH FRIENDLY HOME IN HISTORIC DOWNTOWN CRESTED BUTTE No Cats Please!!! $30 per stay per approved pet. 2 Dogs Maximum. No puppies. I must pre approve. Downtown at it's best! Park your car and walk the Friendly Old Town. Eat out or cook in.-Rob Enjoy this large and comfortable apartment located in a private home in historic downtown Crested Butte, CO. It has a private entrance with off street parking and is only 1/2 block to the free shuttle, Camp 4 Coffee, and downtown dining. Walk to the nightlife and shopping and ride the short shuttle for slopeside like convenience to the ski area. The best of both worlds. The apartment is spacious with ample storage for your skis, snowboards, kayaks, canoes, toys and mountain bikes in a huge private mud room. After a long day of play relax with a soak in your private outdoor hot tub or enjoy a game of pool or a movie. In the living room there is a 40 inch Sony HDTV with 40 channel Dish Satellite service with high definition. Another TV in a bedroom. Both have HDMI cables for your devices Your dog will be welcome and enjoy his/her stay with pet bowls. This is a perfect base for your Crested Butte vacation. You can’t get much closer to town than this place. Rob was very responsive and even helped us dig our cars out of 3 feet of snow! Don’t pass on this place

Super fun interior with a pool table in the living room, hot tub and fire pit outside, mud room for activities (skis, muddy boots etc). Walking distance to everything in town. Rob was a super helpful host and we’ll definitely be back.

we couldn't have had a better location! 1 block from Elk Ave, full of shops and restaurants. Starting line for the race was mere blocks from this property. Just a lovely weekend to participate in a fundraiser for Living Journeys and enjoy golden aspen.

We came up for a few days for a wedding and absolutely loved this location! It’s a block from Elk (Main Street) and had a perfect backyard for us to hang out with our pup, read in the sun, hot tub, etc. Rob was very friendly and prompt in responding and helped make our stay great. This was our first time staying in the town of Crested Butte (vs. Mount Crested Butte), and it was well worth it!

Great location and appreciate Rob allowing us to bring our pack of dogs! The place could use a little TLC and thorough cleaning, but comfortable and quiet. Note, It’s a basement with Rob living above so you don’t have the place to yourself.

It was a great location we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The yard was small and was not fenced so if you have a dog that may be a problem and no light in the back so dark at night. We felt the rental could have been cleaner, but had everything we needed the host Rob was very nice and was available if we did need anything or had questions.

Perfect location if you want to walk to everything in town. Parking in Crested Butte is limited so walking to restaurants, etc. is really important. The snow this winter is crazy! Over 300" with some homes completely buried! The apartment is fun. Bright colors. It has everything you need. Yes, it is a little dark, especially when the windows are blocked by snow, but it is comfortable. We didn't get to experience the outdoor sitting area because there was 10 feet of snow there, but I am sure it is nice in the summer.

Let me start by saying Rob was a fantastic host! Very communicative regarding the check-in process and quick to answer any questions I had about the property. Rob's place had mountain town charm with the added benefits of a pool table, hot tub, and a quirky Mexico themed kitchen! If you are looking for a space that is not just your average rental, you have found it here! Not to mention, it's always a plus when we can bring our dogs along for the adventure! And I save the best for last -- location, location, location! You couldn't ask for a better spot in arguably the last (and best) true mountain town post-big corp takeover. Rob's place is just up the street from a great coffee shop perfect to fuel up at before walking half a block to the mountain express bus stop. And when you are ready to hit the town, it's one block to all the best après ski hang out spots. If it isn't obvious, I highly recommend!

Quaint but dated home, photos are accurate. No frills, but location is supreme. 1/2 block from mountain resort bus stop. 1block from Main Street. Has all basic necessities. This place served us well. The host was very kind.

One block from the main drag, 2 blocks to the town shuttle bus pick up....location is perfect. With a hot tub and pool table you'll be able to do more than just drink and watch TV after a day of skiing.

It’s not a fancy property, so if that’s important to you this isn’t your place. We encountered a few issues but home owner was very available and responsive. Bed is comfortable, pool table was fun. Essentials were provided. Loved how dog friendly the place is, and Crested Butte in general.

Rob's place is fantastic. The place has tons of character, is right in the middle of town, and is nice and quiet at night. Plenty of parking space, the hot tub is a sweet bonus and we got to hangout outside in the yard. Everyone had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location
A value for the location— a very walkable place to stay. The place was 100% as advertised. Very clean. The kids loved the pool table and the hot tub. The adults loved the proximity to Elk Avenue and the grocery store.
Host was friendly and informative and also gave us our space (he lives upstairs). There is noise at night from upstairs— tv and walking— if you are a light sleeper ear plugs would be a simple solution. Overall for location and price it is a great value! And having a longtime local to host is an added bonus.

Awesome location with a Pool Table!!
The property owner lives in the upper level, but was very respectful of privacy. Easy to contact and quick to respond. Outdoor area has a dog run, which was super useful. My Great Dane spent most of her time at the house, outside (at her choosing). The Shitzu stayed inside mostly. 2 minute walk to Great Coffee, another couple minutes to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Close to bus station & and an excellent dispensary as close as the coffee shop(opposite direction). Overall, had an excellent time and stress free dogs👍🙏.

Fun vibrant place so close to everything
We had a great time. The location is perfect. Plenty of room for us and our pups. The place was clean and warm. Lots of games and even a pool table. Fun, bright Mexico vibe. A great place for a big group of friends wanting to have fun for sure! Hot tub was a bonus!
