Located in Crested Butte, this lovely house for $420 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Summary: Adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on Elk Ave. Across from the town tennis courts. Dog friendly! The Space: Terrific 2 bedroom, 2 bath stand alone home right in the heart of town on Elk Ave, within 1/2 a block to the free shuttle to the mountain, practically right across the street from the town tennis courts. As you walk into the house you will find a functional mudroom to put your boots, shoes and some of your gear. Walk through this space and you will enter a 2nd door. To the left is the living room and to the right is the kitchen. The very functional kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and a dining nook. The living room has a pullout sofa and a flatscreen tv with Apple TV connected to it. While the pictures show a fireplace, it is no longer operational as the owner put in a boiler years ago for heat. The downstairs is all wood floors except for in the mudroom which is tile. There is a full bath on the first floor with full sized washer and dryer. You will find 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed with a full futon. Guest room has 2 twin beds. There is a large deck overlooking a fenced in backyard. You will also find a gas grill on the deck year round. The free town shuttle stops right down the street at the Four Way Stop. This is a dog friendly property where 1 well behaved dog is allowed. Additional dog may be considered, please contact us to discuss. No cats allowed. The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Town of Crested Butte vacation rental license # 001364 Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email. Guest Access: Check-in instructions including your lockbox code will be sent to you 2 days prior to your arrival at 4 PM MST. The Neighborhood: Right next to the parking lot where you'd park and ride to the ski area. 1 block from the business district of the town of Crested Butte. Getting Around: Easy to walk or take a bus around the area.

This is such a great location and we had a good stay. There were a few little things like broken chairs and loose screens, which we emailed the property manager about but never heard back. Nothing major though and overall it's amazing to be in such a central location with a big fenced yard. Would stay again.

Cute little home, right in the heart of town. Perfect location for catching the town bus to ski (just a block away) or walking to town. We loved that we could bring our pup with us for this trip!!

The location could not have been better. A very short walk to the shuttle that takes you to the Mt. Crested Butte resort. Easy walks into town up Elk Ave to get the the restaurants, breweries and shops. The house itself was perfect for a couple. Nice big kitchen and family room and a spacious master bedroom upstairs. Extra bedroom could be OK for kids. We just used it to store stuff. And a really nice view out the from he front windows. Just a great place. If we return to ski Crested Butte, we'd definitely want to stay at Pooches Paradise again.

The check in process was a breeze, the property was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect. This house is perfect! Easy walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and bars in Crested Butte! Just a 5 min walk to the shuttle to Mt Crested Butte for skiing! We loved our stay and definitely coming back and staying here again.

We enjoyed our Christmas stay at 611 Elk. The home was nice and location is in a prime spot but still quiet. We chose this home due to the pet policy and it was very nice for our family of four and dog. Would stay again.

No better location in town. Walk to restaurants, pump tracks, parks, and grocery. This home fits a family of four plus a dog perfectly. Definitely recommend.

We were so pleased with 611 Elk! The pictures do not do it justice. The view of the Butte was breathtaking out of the kitchen window and patio. My only complaint was the kitchen needed a bigger frying pan for cooking breakfast. And browning meat. Other than that , very well stocked! We loved our stay and cant wait to return. Absolutely great location. Less than a block walk to the bus to the ski area. So glad that we were able to bring our dogs. Nice area to walk the dogs. Just down the block of the main drag. Very comfortable accommodations

I loved staying here! It was such a great location right in town, I spent my evenings walking my dog all over Crested Butte. The home itself is very cozy and stocked with all the necessities. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I hope to return!

Had a great stay at this house on Elk Ave. Great location that is pet friendly and very comfortable. Had some issues with cleanliness (e.g, a prior guest's dog poop bags were left for us to deal with), but otherwise we really enjoyed ourselves. Hope to return one day.

This property has everything we needed. The yard for our dog was an added bonus which is rare in CB! The location couldn’t be better. It’s one block from all the restaurants and shops, one block to the four way stop, and one block to the Center for the Arts. You really don’t need a car unless you want to venture into the wilderness. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s not a fancy place, but we aren’t fancy so it was perfect! You can tell the owners have lived in this place for many years and love it a lot!
