Property was in a great location. Walking distance to most everything. Nicely decorated and clean. Loved that we were able to check in early. They provided an ample supply of towels for all guests which was great since we haven’t had that experience in other properties. Overall good experience!

Overall the house was great. There were a few glitches, the doorbell did not work and if you unlocked the front door it would not stay closed. There was not a asthmatic in the one bathroom, I spent over an hour cleaning the deck area and patio furniture, also the front had not been maintained from leaves and dirt. The TV situation was very confusing and there was no Food Network or HGTV to be found. We are older folks and I am definitely technology challenged to be fair. This is our fifth Lucky Savannah house and we plan on using them again for sure. Their properties are really eclectic and always decorated wonderfully.

Our family stayed here to visit Savannah. It is a great location, the home is very well furnished and stocked. Plenty of coffee and toiletries to get you started until you make a trip to the store. Kitchen is very well stocked making cooking a breeze. Nicely decorated and easy walking distance to all the squares. 10/10 recommend staying here.

We loved this beautiful property. We were in Savannah to visit with family that lives there. This downtown property was very convenient to places we wanted to walk to downtown. Very pretty area. The property was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had a 22-month old granddaughter who slept on the trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom and were so thankful for the safety gate on the bedroom door since there are stairs. We would definitely book this property again.

Everything was great! I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the pictures of the home are accurate. I wish we would have had more time to use the fire pit!

The property is nice and spacious inside for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Nicely decorated as well. It was too cold for us to use the back patio or yard, unfortunately. One surprise to us was that we discovered the house was only a few blocks south of City Housing (projects) at Broad St/Liberty and one of our Uber drivers said it wasn't very safe on Broad St or east of it at night. One positive is that the free town trolley picks up on Liberty St which was an easy walk to catch. (Otherwise it's a bit too far with kids to walk to the main attractions) Another positive is that it was a super short walk past pretty historic homes to Mrs. Clary's cafe for breakfast. Yum! FYI I ordered groceries via Instacart to have them delivered the evening we arrived so that helped a lot!

This is a beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood. We walked everywhere and felt completely safe. Easy free onsite parking. We especially loved the outdoor sitting area. Great kitchen with everything we could need. Staff was very easy to contact and they responded promptly. We simply had a wonderful week.

This house has so much character. The coffered ceilings were so nice. Every room was modernized and beautiful. The neighborhood is pretty and in a great location. The beds are extremely comfy. While we were there, we noticed a plumbing leak under the master shower to the living room below, and the windows leaked in the rain (looks like the roof might have leaves clogging the downspout, diverting water to the windows). Those are just maintenance issues. Still 5-stars for the property. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family.

This historic home is within walking distance to shopping & sightseeing. It was nice to come back & relax after a day of exploring the city. The only issue we had was with the tv remotes. They were a pain to work with but we managed it. The kitchen was stocked well but it would've been nice to have some baking pans & foil/plastic wrap. The beds were very comfortable & the house was spotlessly clean. Overall our stay was great.

We found many of the kitchen dishes dirty in the kitchen cabinets. There’s a peculiar odor in the home probably because the area rugs are dirty. The wood floors are beautiful and linens are nice. There’s no porch light at the front door or the bulb needs replacing. The property is well lit in the back parking space at night .

Girls getaway was a success. The house was everything we hoped it would be & more. Lucky Savannah made everything from the initial reservation to checkout & everything in between so easy. I wish all stays were so seamless.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The Townhouse is just As the online photo’s appear. Welcoming and comfortable . The only thing we found unfavorable was that the kitchen floor was sticky, as though no one had cleaned it and when we went to do our laundry, much to our surprise it was full of wet towels and wash cloths.
Other than that we loved the townhouse and would stay there again!! We also liked being able to park on the street In front of the rental and walk to any location we wanted to go!
