Perfect place to stay location excellent , very easy check in even though I arrived late , very simple info given to locate and get into your room , excellent place to stay , would stay again

Location, location, location! Shower and bed both lovely…. The attached cafe did a great breakfast at a discounted rate for guests.
Few niggles: safe not working, blind broken, one bedside lamp not working… little things, only one glass and a tiny amount of shower gel… these are small things that could have been better BUT it did the job and we had a lovely stay.

Location
The staff at the reception counter, this person was extremely impolite and was quite rude (personally felt perahaps it was due to colour of our skin) since the same person seemed to be extremely nice with other european guests. At one point, we were so upset with her cold behaviour, we asked her name, which in her usual impolite way, she replied that is not necessary for her to share her name with us.
During the entire time of our stay, whenever we had to enquire about anything, we always felt disgusted and upset with her response to our queries.
