We were able to enjoy the view from every window in the house! Loved watching the waves from bed!
The location was perfect for walking into downtown and along Moonstone beach. Even made it to Fiscalini Ranch for a good hike and more incredible views. The house has every amenity we needed. The perfect layout for staying with family and/or friends.

Third time staying in this home. Perfect for one or two couples. House is very well equipped. We love how well the kitchen is equipped. We tend to cook instead of going out. I’m already planning my next two visits! My husband and I have been visiting Cambria for 35 years. It never disappoints. Only one small issue the TV is a bit challenging.

The property management company neglected to tell is the water main was being replaced right outside the bedroom at 8:30am. I called to get info, but no response. The workers rangthe doorbell the next day. We weren't expecting anyone. Should we answer the door? They explained what was happening. Next time I rent vrbo, I'll ask about construction projects. This never happened before.

Great location and views from upper level of this beautiful home! Check-in /check-out process was perfect! Walk to Moonstone Beach and 5 minute drive to Cambria’s fantastic shopping area (East/West Cambria).
House was very comfortable! Great views from large deck adjacent to Living Room/Kitchen areas.
We would have preferred a larger coffeemaker, as the 5-cup drip coffee maker was a little small for the size of home.

Terrific Home, great Views. However the Neighbor behind this Home have (2) Poodle/Terriers that barked at anything every 35 minutes. The Home in question is the large Dark Wood Home to the left of the Vrbo at 605 Wellington. We would never stay in this Home again because of the Barking.

Been coming to Cambria for years. SCP’s has the best homes in the best locations. Homes are always immaculately clean and well appointed. This home was close to everything. The views were amazing! It was great for just the two of us. It felt very homey! We appreciate the owners who make their available to rent. Thank you! The fireplaces did not work, though. We like a fire in the morning and evening. Only 2 of the electrical outlets above the kitchen counter worked. Screens on the bedroom windows would be nice so windows could be left open to get a nice breeze and to hear the ocean at night.

A well appointed house with all the modern conveniences. The upstairs master bedroom is huge with a double sink bathroom with separate shower and tub. The family room has beautiful windows that allow unobstructed view of the ocean. The kitchen is modern.
There are some minor quirks about the house. It is situation on elevated ground with highway California 1 about 200 yards below. However, road noise was never an issue when we stayed there in June. The house has GFA heating so the lower level bedroom is cooler than upstairs. There are no window screens in the master bedroom making ventilation difficult. The family fireplace would sometimes work and sometimes not despite us following directions to turn it on and wait ten minutes.
It ia a two minute drive to the town of Cambria from the house. All in all a beautiful home and very pleasant stay.

Beautiful Views
We had a great time. Perfectly met our needs for our stay. We have older children/ teens. If you have small children not used to stairs, it may not be ideal. You would need gates ore something to cover the stairs, as they are in the living area. But the house worked well for our family. Beautiful views and close to downtown Cambria. We would stay here again.

This home is extremely comfortable, very clean and within a five minute drive to Moonstone Beach and the West Village. It was nice to park in the garage and just use the remote when coming and going. The bed was extremely comfortable. The master bath was roomy and the shower was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here multiple times and are never disappointed. Scenic Coast Property Management has worked with us on checking in early sometimes staying late they are super flexible.

Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable beds and we'd definitely stay here again.
Living room may be in transition and layout of furniture with seating pushed away from each other and back toward the walls is very odd, but will be curious to see in the future.
Only maintenance issues were very minor: banisters in entry were sticky and a couple of light bulbs need to be replaced.
Overall, an outstanding property.

Me and my family had a wonderful time. The only thing I would recommend is to have some aluminum foil, saran wrap and zip lock bags for the renter to use. Also, the mattress pad cover down stairs for the pull out couch had some weird stains, so my daughter refused to use it. It just needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was great.

It is so very comfortable, clean, has everything we need(Keurig would be nice) close to beach and town. The view from living room is amazing!! Scenic Coast Properties are professional and very accommodating. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
