The City of Palm Springs ID # 2784 This 1 bedroom condo is located in Plaza Villas gated community in the heart of Palm Springs. This 643 sq.ft. lower level model has been remolded and furnished to make all guests feel welcome and comfortable. The living room has a large sofa with pull-out double bed. A 55' flatscreen TV with cable box and WIFI. The bedroom suite has a king-size bed with extra linens and a private bathroom with granite counter tops, bathtub/shower, closet and balcony. This room also has a 50' flat screen TV. Dining area has seating for 4. The kitchen has granite counters with a stainless steel sink. The stove, microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator have all been updated. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes and utensils you will need to cook your favorite meal. A Keurig coffee maker. Laundry room has washer & dryer, ironing board & iron. Plaza Villas offers 2 beautiful pools, hot tub and tennis court. Assigned covered parking and extra space. Walk to Casino, Convention Center, Film Festival, Street Fair, Fine Dining, shopping, theaters and boutiques. The City of Palm Springs ID # 2784

We love this place. The condo is charming and the villa is very nice. Lots of citrus (although there were no lemons this year, bummer). The grounds are well taken care of with lots of flowers and desert plants. The condo is small which is perfect for a vacation. Julie and Kevin are awesome hosts. What could be better?

Kevin and Julie are consumate professional hosts. The unit is extremely well equipped and tastefully appointed. Location, both in the complex, and in downtown Palm Springs, is unbeatable. Check in and orientation is the best we have experienced. Kevin and Julie are wonderful hosts!

If you are looking for a comfortable, spotless updated "home away from home" located within a short walk to downtown Palm Springs and a few minutes from the airport, this is the place! The photographs are accurate, the grounds are impeccable and the hosts are very attentive and easily accessible if needed. The complex is gated and very secure and you are guaranteed a good night's sleep in a comfortable king-size bed with lovely linens. Thank-you Kevin and Julie!

We were very pleased with the beautiful complex and the condo unit. Both were exactly as advertised.
When we arrived we encountered some difficulties with the entry key pad but this was eventually solved for us by the owners providing a garage type remote control.

Very well maintained unit and well stocked. Less than 10 min walk to downtown. Very comfortable bed. Very responsive owner. An excellent choice whether you want to hang around the pool or walk to everything downtown!

I can't say enough about our week at this condo. The condo itself is totally updated. Everything is new or almost new and very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was provided. (Note: no BBQ grill but you won't miss it) It is just steps to either of 2 pools and a hot tub. Downtown is just a few blocks away. We walked everywhere. We only used our rental car when we went to the Tram and the Air Museum. The overall facility is excellent. It is a gated community. It is almost entirely adults and is very quiet. The grounds are meticulously maintained. Everything is mowed and trimmed. The flowers and shrubs are beautiful. Kevin is a pleasure to work with but everything is so organized we really only talked when we first got there. We had and awesome week and hope we are able to come back again.

We loved everything g about this property. Everything g was seamless from check in to check out. Kevin kept us abreast of things taking place in the area. The gated community really made feel safe. Plus, we didn’t have to worry about losing keys as all locks were simple key codes.
We would definitely like to return!

My Wife & I spent 8 nights at the end of May, The unit is very well located , close to the pool, Hot tub, and to the Downtown, the whole unit is well equipped , the kitchen has everything one needs to cook full meals, I would recommend this complex and this unit in particular.

We had such a great time! This is centrally located to so much that Palm Spring has to offer, including walking downtown and not too long of drives to both Joshua Tree NP and Indio, CA. Everything was seamless, the amenities (especially the pools) were a definite plus, and the condo had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay again!

This condo is spotless, comfortable, and has a great location. We stayed for 6 nights, but could easily spend a month. It was well appointed with everything you need. The community pools and covered parking were added bonuses. Absolutely recommend 10/10.

We have stayed in Kevin and Julie’s condo before and once again , we’re very happy with this condo. It is so well kept, clean, updated and has all amenities required. The only thing we really missed was a grill for barbecuing. We have never had the owners meet us at any other condo we have rented and they always do. That is very welcoming. The entire complex is so well groomed, beautiful fruit trees and nice pools and furniture to sit at the pool. Definitely will rent again when we require a one bedroom condo here. Thanks so much Kevin and Julie.

Kevin's condo was perfect and we can't wait to return. Kevin was wonderful to work with for our trip and his condo is top notch. The location is amazing, just a few blocks from Palm Canyon Blvd. The entire condo complex is beautiful and quiet. The condo was well stocked, modern and very functional for a relaxing vacation. We'll miss morning coffee on the patio and the big and spacious bathroom. We highly recommend this condo for your next trip to Palm Springs!

The condo was comfortable and had all the amenities one could hope for. Washer/Dryer, well stocked kitchen, large living room, huge bedroom and comfy bed. The pools are beautiful and the grounds well kept. It is about a 10 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs so we didn't have to get in a car every day to go out for lunch or do a little shopping. Kevin was a wonderful host and I would definitely stay there again.

All the prior reviews are spot on and we would love to return. The condo was clean, fresh and comfortable; bed was wonderful. It’s in a great area for walking into town (in fact we returned our rental car after a few days) for dinner, shopping, etc. The gated community was very nicely maintained and quiet, including the pool(s). Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kevin & Julie's condo. It's a great size and it was well stocked with about everything you'll need and more! The washer and dryer are a real bonus. This was our first trip to Palm Springs but it won't be our last. We enjoyed the people and it's quiet, safe, and has no bugs!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The condo was comfortable, clean, and nice and quiet. You could walk to main street for restaurants and shopping. Pool and hot tub were great. Would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Clean and very well-equipped condo in a good location relative to downtown, restaurants etc. Excellent tv sets and good channel selection was appreciated.
Pictures accurately show that condo is not as brightly lighted in daytime as some that face a different direction. Not too important for those like us who are out and about during the day anyway.
Helpful info in binder...but, get new restaurant menus...prices are now much higher !

Very clean and very convenient location with easy walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Recently and tastefully decorated. Enjoyed staying there and would definitely like to do so again.

We had a great time, the place was nicely updated, very clean and super cozy! Kevin and his wife were there to greet us and had great recommendations for us for restaurants and entertainment. The location is perfect, walking distance to all the great restaurants. Our hot water heater went out part way through the week and Kevin was on it right away! We would book here again!

We were looking for a place to stay in Palm Springs with the goal of a taking a day trip to Joshua Tree and seeing the area. Kevin & Julie's condo worked perfectly for this. It's clean, nicely updated and decorated, very comfortable, and in a perfect location for accessing the local sites. The condo is in a clean, well-kept complex with a nice pool. Kevin met with us when we arrived and was very helpful. This was a good experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We love Plaza Villas for the downtown location, 5 star pools/views, and friendly snowbirds. Kevin and Julie's condo is flawless - remodeled, super clean, comfortable, and only a few steps to the spa and pool. We'll be back!

Kevin and his wife have gone to great lengths to make their place the perfect place to stay. You notice immediately the attention to detail. I especially enjoyed the pool area and when you want to head downtown you're only a ten minute walk away. This was certainly one of the best vacation rentals I've stayed in.

The unit was absolutely great - wonderful layout with plenty of space, nice bathroom, good kitchen, super convenient in-unit laundry. Honestly, it was one of the best rental units I have ever stayed in and would immediately book again if I am in the area. The pools for the complex were clean and conveniently located and most of the time I had them to myself. The covered parking was nearby and clearly marked. I can't rate this place high enough and Kevin was amazing - all the information that he prepared about the area was really helpful. Thanks for an amazing stay!

This property is centrally located to take advantage of downtown Palm Springs, the convention center, and the casino. The owners are great, it’s easily accessible, beautiful grounds, and very quiet at night!

Clean, perfect location and amenities for couple
Couldn’t have been a more perfect VRBO. We stay in several throughout the year and this one was perfect. Clean, had everything you need, close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The pool was very nice and we really enjoyed our Palm Springs visit!

Kevin and Julie met us for check in at the unit, and to give us a tour. What a wonderful couple! Everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures and description. During our 2 week stay, we had one small issue with the "replace filter" light coming on, but Kevin quickly came by and replaced it. Previous reviewers were certainly correct about how well stocked the unit was! The location was fantastic - only 2 blocks to Indian and Palm Canyon. where all the action is! We enjoyed the pool daily, and the cute patio (with grill) got a good workout as well! We definitely recommend this unit!!
