About this condo rental
Situated in Sunset Beach, this attractive condo for $166 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The Beach is in pristine condition and open! The Golf Courses are in great shape and everyone is having fun! Come join us! This condo is available for long term monthly rental as well as weekly. We do have a 4 night minimum. We have recently replaced all the floors with our renovation. We have upgraded the interior to include new refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full size washer, dryer and new bathroom fixtures. The cabinets, countertops, sinks and faucets were replaced as well while upgrading to solid surface. New Photos are Posted. The condo is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with bed linens, wash cloths, towels, Graco Pack and Play, and high-speed WiFi internet. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The full-size kitchen has everything you will need during your stay. (Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Range/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Kitchenware, Crock Pot, 2 Coffee Makers etc.) This spacious ground floor condo with central air/heat is beautifully decorated and provides 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed (low profile), wall mounted flat screen TV, chest, and a private master bathroom with large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a King Size Bed ( standard profile). Each room has a closet, and a chest. All 4 mattress sets in our condo are new. The living room has a leather sofa, love seat, comfy chair and ottoman, recliner, table with lamp, floor lamp, and large flat screen TV. We have complimentary Wifi. We also have a DVD player. The dining room has a full size table, six chairs as well as two bar stools in kitchen. There is an outdoor charcoal grill available.Enjoy the breathtaking view of the 7th fairway and pond from either the screened in porch or beautiful living room window! The screened in porch has a ceiling fan and patio furniture. We are thrilled to have this ground floor condo. The beautiful birds come to the screened porch to look at us. It is an amazing sight. Over 10 years we rented condos in Sandpiper Bay on average of 10 times a year. We were only lucky enough to get the ground floor twice. So nice not to carry groceries and suitcases upstairs. When we found this one for sale, we jumped on it. The two pools, hot tubs, and tennis court are just a short walk away. The only things missing are your beach towels, suntan lotion, golf clubs and yourself. No pets, candles or smoking allowed. Please inquire about monthly rentals as I will need to edit the quote you are sent through the website. On another note, our condo is completely sanitized and supplied with starter paper products. Bring extra supplies with you. The beaches are open and we are enjoying the healing fresh air. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions as we want you to enjoy your stay with us. We want our guest to be healthy and have an amazing vacation. We are very particular about cleanliness. Everything is clean and sanitized. Please leave shoes outside by the door to avoid bringing in unneccessary germs. We encourage handwashing often and for the recommended time of 20 seconds. I do have hand soap, but please bring extra to assure that you do not run out.

Overall the condo was well taken care of and nice. Check in/out was extremely easy. Only complaint was that were no pantry staples, only salt and pepper. The area the condo was in was very nice, as well as the golf course it’s located on which we played during our stay. We utilized the pools located near the condo when we did not feel like driving to the beach.

Joe and Susan were great hosts, reaching out to us a couple of times before our stay and quickly batting back to us when we had questions. Their property is very nice and well maintained, no issues with any furnishings or services. Spotted a couple of gators cruising by the property which borders a water feature on the golf course. The golf course itself had plenty of availability and kids play free with a paying adult so each time we played it was just $17 to play 9 holes (including cart).

Roomy 3 bedroom so the baby could have his own room. The view is of the lake and golf course. The kitchen was well equipped but no salt/pepper etc. There aren’t any extra trash bags or toiletries so bring your own! I highly recommend you bring your own sheets and towels as well

We loved our visit. The condo is centrally located. It is a short ride to either of the beaches. It is not far from Myrtle Beach and Calabash. The condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. The ground floor is perfect for coming and going. The screened in porch is great for observing wildlife.

We had a marvelous stay in this spacious, bright, and well-equipped golf course condo. The screened porch offers a comfortable, quiet spot to enjoy morning coffee, take in the park-like view and watch the local wildlife. The location is just a short walk from the pool and hot tub, and a quick car ride to the beach. So many fun attractions nearby, including the Ingram Planetarium, Museum of Coastal Carolina, and the Swamp Park. Lots of great dining, too. Head down to Calabash for fresh local seafood and enjoy some ice cream at the Calabash Creamery. Sandpiper Bay has three 9 hole courses for golfers to choose from, as well.

Everythinv was. Lean and comfortable. The owners/managers were very accomodation in offering to let them know if we needed anything. Loved the unit being on the 1st floor and the screen porch in the back. Beautiful view too. If we need to rent again we will be back.

Sunset Beach
Unfortunately it rained, but it was still a good time. We chartered Tidewater Fishing to take the Grandkids out fishing on Sunday when it was pretty and Capt Tim helped them to catch 5 trout on their first ever fishing trip. They are hooked now. Have plans to fish again with Capt Tim already scheduled.

We really enjoyed our beach vacation at Susan and Joe’s place. It was very comfortable and super clean. The small issue we had was addressed by the owners immediately. My husband enjoyed the golf courses and we all enjoyed the central location. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay!

Peaceful family time
We had a great few days enjoying this condo. Because of the times we were in a lot so the screen porch really came in great. So peaceful and quiet out there and decorated so cute. Inside has everything u need and is decorated with beautiful paintings by one of the owners. Texted the owners with questions a few times and they were quick to answer and very helpful. Another great thing is u park right into front of condo with no steps to climb. Really great and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect get away
Our first time to sunset beach and we had a wonderful time. The condo was just as it was presented online and the location could not have been more perfect! Such a relaxing environment even with a 3 year old!! Easy access to OIB and SB. Great seafood restaurants everywhere! Susan and Joe were wonderful hosts and very accessible. We hope we can return one day very soon!

Condo was extremely convenient to both Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach. Condo has all the comforts of home. Very clean and owners were very helpful regarding surrounding area. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to go back.....

Nice condo with comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well equipped. The only con was not having a blue ray DVD player or HDMI port for the TV in the den. Would have been nice to have on the day that it rained.

Lovely condo
Susan and Joe’s condo is very spacious and clean. They were very easy to communicate with and even took the time to call us prior to check-in to welcome us. The condo is located close to stores and restaurants. If you are a golfer, this is the condo for you as the golf course is in your backyard. The condo is on the ground floor making it very easy to access when you arrive. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation
First of all, Susan and Joe are wonderful people, and their condo is amazing. The location is close to both Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach; it is also close to many wonderful restaurants. The neighborhood in which the condo is located has two pools, tennis courts and a golf course. There are also lovely ponds throughout the neighborhood. The condo itself is absolutely lovely; we loved that it did not have wall to wall carpet, was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and the furniture is clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back again.

Perfect vacation home
Since the day we reserved this condo, we have been impressed with Joe and Susan's hospitality and accommodations. Location was a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Distance from the beach was close enough to be convenient, yet far enough away from the crowds. Every time we came back to the condo, it was like returning home again. We highly recommend these owners and this property; would not hesitate to stay again.

Vacation Haven for sure!
Our family had the best time at Sunset Beach in this condo. Everything was perfect for our family of 5. Very roomy!! It was decorated beautifully and you can tell they really take care of it. The beach is gorgeous with the white sands and lots of places to eat are all around. I highly recommend the Wing & Fish Co. to eat at. It was delicious! We had ice cream each evening at different places. We even spent an evening in North Myrtle, SC playing putt putt. There are so many things to do as a family! We will definitely be back. Summer Vacation
We enjoyed our stay at Susan and Joe's condo. We love the area, the pool and the screened back patio area. The condo is up to date and had great amenities that made it feel like home. We really enjoyed the restaurant suggestion also. We loved our stay and hope to stay again next year.

Joe and Susan were absolutely wonderful! They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us suggestions of local places to eat and entertainment. Their place is beautiful and a great location. We enjoyed our stay and great hospitality.

Lovely property/owners accused us of lying/being filthy and breaking a mirror.
Please look at the notes regarding the deposit refund. The dishwasher was broken, the disposal had a disgusting smell emanating from it and the bathtub shower was not usable due to large clog that stopped it from draining and the bottle of draino that the cleaning company put in the drain hoping it would take the clog down. The draino did not work and we could not use either bath or shower in that bathroom.
They did get a plumber out to fix issues 2 days later; so we did not have use of the full condo for those 2 days out of our 5 day rental.
My daughter became quite ill and couldn't travel so that changed everything at the last minute - actually the morning of departure. When Susan told me only 6 people were allowed in the condo (we then had become 8), my son, his wife and daughter got a hotel room leaving 5 in the condo. I didn't think it would be a problem; but we took care of it.
Upon leaving I received a note indicating that my family had left the condo in filthy condition....etc.....this is not true. Also that they were fined for having too many people in condo - again not true.(I don't know about the fine but 5 was not too many)
We didn't use trash can liners - none were provided. I did purchase some later and left them in the condo.
Charged for pulling the mirror out of the wall....it was already out ---held in by the nails leverage but not anchored - I put it under the sink so it wouldn't get broken and told them about it. If we had broken it or pulled it out of the wall; I would have said as much.
Perhaps this was about keeping the deposit and not compensating for the repairs that had to be made..... I don't know; but I am really upset to have been slandered like this.
