Our neighbors are very kind. They are considerate, and we wish to be considerate to them. Philadelphia is our beloved chosen city, and we know you will enjoy staying here as much as we enjoy living here! This is our home, and we love it very much. This property had everything I needed for a two week stay after the birth of my first grandbaby. I was able to continue to work remotely, do my laundry, and cook my meals. I was also able to get Amazon deliveries. The neighborhood is very cool and I'm sure would be even cooler without the pandemic. Chad responded very quickly to a problem I had. The house is very typical of a South Philly home, narrow, with steep stairs. I loved the recliners built into the couch. Parking is hit and miss and in normal times, I would not have a car in Philly. Parking at the school is a plus. There are good restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely try to stay here on future trips to Philadelphia.
