About this condo rental
Nestled in Mammoth Lakes, this lovely condo for $173 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Located right inside the Village Lodge, our two bedroom condo has the best location in town. Others advertise a village location but in reality they are across the street and several blocks away. Not us. Our immaculately clean condo is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, bistros, and shops. But best of all, right downstairs you can catch the Gondola to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. No more lugging your skis, boards and boots into your car, hunting for parking at the resort, and trudging for a mile to the ski lifts. You will just park your vehicle in the underground parking garage, and never use it the rest of your stay! QUIET AND PICTURESQUE Our condo looks over the Village Promenade, covered in snow in the winter, lit up with beautiful lights and wreaths during the holidays, and decorated in the summer with green aspens and daffodils. Our interior Village view has a lot of benefits, but the best part is you are off the road, so you won't hear snow removal vehicles or buses going by, like you would if you were on the street side. LUXURIOUS INTERIOR ***Huge 68 inch 4k HD TV w/Netflix & Direct TV and full motion mounting to watch from any angle in the kitchen or living room ***Dedicated high speed modem/router in the unit and NOT shared with everyone else in The Village (all other units share a painfully slow common connection). ***Netflix ***Updated kitchen appliances and utensils, including dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, microwave, etc. ***Granite countertops ***Gas fireplace ***Private terrace ***Additional 40-inch TVs in bedrooms ***Extended living area (most one-bedrooms in the Village are 100 square feet smaller) ***Ski storage locker AMENITIES You are in the Village now, so expect to enjoy yourself! You are steps away from the Village heated outdoor pool and two outdoor jacuzzis (yes, even when it's snowing they are nice and warm). There is also another jacuzzi spa in our building, just an elevator ride away. ***Use the gym located in our building for cardio or weights with our new Peloton bikes ( and treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, weights, etc.). ***Bring the kids down to the Village promenade to play in the snow, enjoy the various games around the village, roast marshmallows around the firepits, or watch the Saturday parade with Mammoth Host "Woolly." ***Catch the daytime free shuttle or the evening free trolley to get anywhere in Mammoth. ***Enjoy the secure, heated underground garage to park your car and avoid shoveling it out after a big storm! CONVENIENCE Check in is super easy. No need to find a rental company office late at night to collect the keys--there is a lockbox right outside our front door. Lockbox combination, wifi passwords and a welcome email with recommendations will be emailed to you one week before arrival. Check out is a breeze, just leave your keys and parking permit on the counter before you go. HOUSE RULES Heated Pool is open from10am-10pm. Pet Fee is $125/night. VRBO bookings: traveler must include it in their reservation. All others: bookings will be charged separately. TAP INTO OUR KNOWLEDGE BASE My husband and I manage our four homes and rental properties as our full-time job through Mammoth Bliss Vacation Rentals. That means that you have access to our help, knowledge base, expertise, and anything you may need 24/7. We both have all the apps loaded on our phones and laptops, so we will respond to any questions you may have immediately. A hotel has hundreds of other guests vying for the services, beauty, resources, and "exclusivity" of the property. A typical VRBO listing is just the home and no guidance, tips, networking, suggestions, etc. My husband and I provide the best of both worlds giving you amazing support, exclusivity, relaxation, and privacy. REQUIRED LANGUAGE FOR ALL LISTINGS AS PER MONO COUNTY: Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-33-20, and associated guidance of the California Public Health Officer, continue to apply statewide. My two daughters and I stayed here for the weekend. The condo was close enough to access the village anytime we wanted, but also well stocked enough that we could just enjoy some time at home as well. It was clean in the check-in/out process was a breeze.

Great location, easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, jacuzzi. The condo is beautiful and spacious with nice amenities. This would be an excellent place to stay in the winter months. There is no A/C, but plenty of fans (which we knew). It was warm two of the three days we were there in October. and it was a little uncomfortable to sleep which was totally a 'me' problem (52 yo female) and not the fault of the owner at all. The 3rd night was chillier and was a perfect temp for sleeping. I would still highly recommend this condo if going to Mammoth.

Very nice place. But the kitchen sink sprayer leaks and has a faulty light in the guest bathroom plus a faulty dimming light. Other than that it was great! Would stay here again. Thanks!

We loved this condo.it was well equipped with large, comfortable beds. Access and checkout was easy and the wi-fi was much faster than other village condos we have stayed at. We will return.

The property is nicely kept, clean and comfortable. The Village got very noisy, reaching the rooms, 10:30 pm -12 am. The complex should shut down noisy bars etc so late.

Refrigerator needs some attention, Salt and Pepper i throw away because they were very old. Suprised maids did replace them. Small items but still irritating.

Easy booking, great rate, and immediate communication with everything we needed to know to access the unit and underground parking. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar, and basic seasoning. Beds were comfortable.
The Village was very lively with the music festival and food vendors. It was cool to stay in the midst of the action.

We (family of four) had a great time in mammoth hiking, biking, and swimming, and the spacious 2BR condo was great to come back to after a long day.
Kitchen was well fitted out, the pool and sauna were well utilised by our crew. The condo has a homely feel, a nice selection of books, and the hosts left insightful tips about the best of mammoth. We were able to extend our stay and Michaela responded quickly and was super helpful. Would stay again.

Short notice trip to enjoy more of this epic ski season. Property is in a great location, probably better if Mammoth was in full swing, but more than adequate for my son and me. Easy access, everything you need. Honestly, with skiing in the am, mountain bike ride in the afternoon and fishing late afternoon, we hardly were in the condo, but when we were it was great. Movie on the big TV, patio door open for a nice breeze and all was good. Michaela helped immediately with an early arrival question and our 4 days were perfect. Can’t complain about anything other than ski season is slowing down. We’ll be back for sure and will bring the other half of the family. Cheers.

My friends and I get together for a couple of big trips every year and we had one of the best experiences this time around. The location at the village can't be beat. The gondola is at our door step, the bars and restaurants downstairs were great. The Condo is very well taken care of, the building has great amenities such as a heated pool and hot tub, the staff is friendly and helpful. Michaela was on top of communicating every step of the way making check-in and out a seamless process. We came when the mountain was getting slammed with 2-3ft of snow per day and I seriously can't think of a better place to be snowed in. Can't wait come back again.

It was like returning home… everything we needed was there. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. all appliances including coffee maker, and even coffee/sugar/creamer was there for us. They had salt/pepper which was great, as we didn’t bring any spices, so we saved BIG on eating out. Even had cling wrap to put away left overs! The Smart TV allowed us to watch what we wanted while relaxing after each day filled with fun!

This was a fantastic place to stay. It was very clean, close to the gondola for skiing and kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the covered parking as well. Best part was when we wanted to go to dinner, we called downstairs and put our name in at a restaurant and then when it was ready they called us to come on down. Amazing. Michaela was responsive via text and seemed to really care that we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. A gem!
