Nestled in Crested Butte, this attractive house for $420 per night is a great choice for your next break. Crested Butte License #001162 This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home gives you the best access to Crested Butte. Check out our reviews! We've been renting this home for vacationers for many years and are so happy and thankful to have some of the same guests return year after year. 221 Gothic Avenue is an eco-friendly home located in downtown Crested Butte, just two blocks north of Elk Avenue and all of its restaurants and shops. Central and quiet, this neighborhood gets you downtown in two minutes via the pedestrian bridge at 3rd Street and Totem Pole Park. You can walk or ride to hiking and biking trails of the Woods Walk, the Lower Loop, and the Free Bus shuttle to the ski area just a few blocks away. This impeccable home was built in 2000 to the highest environmental standards. This house has supplemental solar heat and all green finishes. The upstairs (second floor) has an open plan with the kitchen; dining, and living areas where you can relax and enjoy the view of Crested Butte in all its glory. You enter on the First Floor where there are 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom one has a Queen Bed with a premier memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has a Bunk Bed, memory foam mattresses, and a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Though you might not need your car, the house does have off-street parking for two vehicles. This is your perfect Crested Butte getaway for a couple, a few friends, or a family. We offer nightly, weekly and seasonal rentals. We will be renting this lovely home for the upcoming winter season rental. If you want to rent for the entire winter ski season, please contact us via phone or email. It will include all furnishings, wifi, and satellite TV. Perfect for a single person, a couple, or a small family to come to check out Crested Butte for the winter. We are within walking distance of the free shuttle bus to the ski area for free summer music or hiking and biking.

Very clean quaint house with a convenient location. The shower was a little odd. Overall a great experience.

The location was perfect. We could walk to town easily and the parking in the alley was a quick in and out for fishing and hiking. Only suggestion is to describe the property is on the backside of Gothic and you need to go down the alley to access it. At first my husband thought I had rented a vacant lot with a labyrinth (which is awesome). Truly loved our stay there.

We had such a great stay at this cute little off the beaten path but close to everything place! Lisa and Peak are very easy to work with and have taken nice care of the home. We loved having the kitchen and living room upstairs with views from three directions. The backyard made our summer stay with pups exponentially better! They had fun running around and we enjoyed coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening outside with them. At first I thought it might be a bit too small but once we settled in we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay :) All of the neighbors were super friendly. We walked to dinner on Elk and walked to several close trails with the dogs. We can easily recommend this home for a couple or small family and hope to be able to stay again the next time we're in Crested Butte!

This is our fifth trip to Crested Butte and our first stay in town. We would love to stay here again. House was perfect for celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Bonus was walking the labyrinth behind the house during the big, beautiful full moon! Within walking and riding to so many fun trails, restaurants, coffee shops.

This house is perfect for a couple with dogs. Very small but just what two people need. Excellent location, just a couple blocks to Elk with restaurants, coffee and shopping.

This home is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from Elk Drive and many of the quaint shops and restaurants we all love in Crested Butte. The home is eco-friendly (so the listing says) but lacks some quality features expected for the daily rate we paid. A little TLC would raise this home easily to a 5 star. We enjoyed our stay - if location is what you're after, this is a good choice.

Definitely would recommend this property, we had a wonderful time with our two teens! The location is perfect, just a ten minute walk to the Lower Loop trail head and only 5 minutes to the main downtown area with shops, restaurants, and the free shuttle to the ski resort. So happy with our stay!

This was our third time staying here. The house has a wonderful tranquil feel and is very clean and well kept.It has a magical backyard that is nice to relax in after a day of hiking. It is in a great location in town and is easy to walk/bike to everything.

We love staying at this home. It’s perfect for our family of 4 and we especially love that we can bring our dog. The home is clean and cozy. It’s location is perfect. Also love having a backyard to grill and hang out. We will be back.

This was our fourth trip to Crested Butte and both my husband and I were very pleased with this place! It had everything we needed, 3 bikes for us to use around town, and a short walk to the Main Street (Elk). Lisa, who was our contact for property management, was very responsive to texts and even loaned us some baking powder when my husband realized we forgot to pack it (pancakes are a big deal in this family!). Very sweet person. I liked having the bedrooms on the ground floor and the kitchen/living area on the second floor: the bedrooms stay cool in the summer months, living room and kitchen are toasty warm by the end of the day. The yard is adorable, great view of the mountain, and it’s adjacent to a cool rock labyrinth. We ate dinner the first night at Secret Stash Pizza (our go-to), ordered enough to last us a couple of nights, cooked in the well-equipped kitchen the rest of the time besides ice cream and Camp 4 Coffee treats. We just love this town. It’s a very special place for my family and I. So glad we found this great home-base to make it even better :)

The home has a really nice yard we were mostly unable to use due to an unseasonable June snowstorm (gotta love CB), and that yard makes the house an easy candidate for us to rent again. Great Weber grill. Wonderful 2nd story views. The twin bed is a little small, so if you are over 5' 9" it is probably too short.

We had a wonderful time in this home. It was perfect for our family of four (young children). They enjoyed the bunk beds! The house was clean and very well stocked (thank you so much for this!). It’s in a awesome location- just a short walk to the town. The host responded to my messages quickly. She was very helpful! We brought our dog with us. The fully fenced back yard was great for him and for us to hang out. I would highly recommend this property. We hope to return soon!

A perfect place for our family of three -- my wife and I and our teenage daughter. The downstairs bedrooms and bathroom are cozy and comfortable, and the upstairs living space / kitchen is bright and welcoming. The backyard has plenty of space and beautiful views. While only a few block from Elk Avenue and the heart of Crested Butte, this property is remarkably peaceful and quiet. Lisa was very responsive, an excellent host.

Very clean and comfortable home with views on top floor of stunning mtns. Excellent kitchen appliances, so well stocked. Backyard is perfect for a relaxing coffee or evening chat. Excellent location - just blocks from hiking trails and downtown. Bikes were fun to ride around town. Would love to return.

This is our third time staying at this property. We love the location for ease of access to Elk Ave, trails, and the bus. The house is always clean and the neighborhood quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

First of all the location was excellent, backyard was great however greatly disagree with the reviews that it was good for 4 adults. We have a family of 4 , 2 being teenagers and we were very cramped. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat. In addition there were not enough towels for 3 nights as only 4 were provided. Most VRBO ‘s provide at least shampoos/ conditioners this was not the case. We did have a nice time in Crested Butte but would not necessarily rent this property again as it was just too small for our family and I would unfortunately consider it average.
