This second floor corner loft of 1,300 sq. ft. in close walking distance to dozens of restaurants, art galleries and shopping in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. A short walk to Spring Training venues. The loft overlooks the pool and spa. A state of the art fitness center available in the building. Two underground parking spaces. the building is secure and offers concierge service. A minimum 30 day stay is required per the condo bylaws. Complete calendar month bookings from the 1st to the 1st only please. We welcome adults and children but no pets please. Note that there are two internal steps to reach either bathroom.

Great location, very very close to all the main bars & restaurants in Scottsdale, yet far enough away to be really peaceful, we had no trouble sleeping. Lovely balcony with great furniture to relax on. Apartment is stylishly furnished & very clean. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for a month in the wonderful loft and felt immediately like home. The apartment is equipped with everything and is very nicely furnished as you can already see in the pictures. Here are some highlights: it was very clean, the internet worked great - even at the pool, in the living room there is a 65 inch smart tv, including Netflix - other streaming services can be used with your own account ... For the few small issues we had Keir responded immediately - a big plus. The building is in excellent condition and very secure (without keys and fob at all possible entrances, at the elevator and access to the underground parking is almost impossible). Every day all common areas are cleaned e.g. the great pool area and the very well equipped gym. We have rented several condos through VRBO in the past but this is by far the best with the best host you could ask for. We will definitely be back.

I rented this unit for 30 days as temp housing - relocating from Kansas City to Phoenix/Scottsdale. As for location, you can't beat it if you are wanting Old Town which I did. You can walk one block to all the action. Short drive to everything else like Talking Stick. I did stay in summer so the this complex was absolutely dead - nobody there. I basically had the pool to myself. The workout facility was a nice feature since it was too hot to go outside to exercise. The pool was very warm because of the heat so it really did not cool you off. The pool was also sort of "dirty" - water was clean but debris on bottom. Lots of chairs out there to use. The overall complex was clean and well kept. I ranked check-in as 4 star because there were a few "clunky" things I experienced when checking in. The place is locked down like Fort Knox so you have to know what you are doing. The TV cable was not working so I had to fix it by disconnecting and tightening all cables. That made it work. The wifi password was not correct, but I figured that out. The wifi was also not the best - a little slow at times where I had to use my phone hotspot. The unit itself was completely furnished with everything you need which I loved. Bed was comfortable. Shopping nearby. Owner was easy to reach and communicate with. The price was good. Parking was good. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to.

I have stayed at about a dozen vacation rentals, and Keir's place was definitely my favorite. The unit is very spacious and clean, with a cool "industrial loft" feel and very high ceilings. I love to cook, and the big kitchen is beautifully stocked with quality cookware and accessories. The building is walking distance to many restaurants, farmer's market, Fry's supermarket, and the mall, so was very convenient. It feels very safe and there are housekeeping staff working constantly to keep the common areas clean. We had a great experience in our 2 months here, and can wholeheartedly recommend this property. In fact, during our 2 months we decided to stay in Scottsdale long term, so we are now officially Arizonans.

The Loft was a great place to stay and is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants in Old town Scottsdale. The property is nicely furnished with quality amenities. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to anything that came up. There is a strong emphasis on building security and we also appreciated the secure parking area. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to book at this property again.

I hardly used my car, I could walk to a ton of restaurants movie theatre shopping & Old Town Scottsdale was across the road. very safe place which I appreciated as I was on my own.

Keir was outstanding to communicate with WOW was his place incredible. Well outfitted and equipped, absolutely beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, clean clean clean and one of the very best locations to stay in Old Town - short walk to anywhere. Highly recommended and I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

This place is beautiful. The BEST location you could ask for. Had 1 issue, and it was taken care of within 1 hour ( On a SUNDAY!! ) You never need to use your car. Keir & Trish ( Manager) are perfect owners.

This place was absolutely perfect for a month stay. It was me and 3 others. The place was very clean and the building manager was very responsive if we needed anything or had any questions. The location is perfect for those looking for a night life. Bars walking distance, everything is walking distance. Absolutely highly recommend this apartment.

Our stay at the 3rd Ave Loft was wonderful. Too bad the Corona Virus hit and we had to head out one week early. Pool, hot tub and grills were great and the pool area was usually unoccupied. We basically had it to ourselves. Loft is close to all activities and shopping in the Old Town Scottsdale area. Trish and Keir were always checking to make sure everything was going ok.

We spent three winter months in this condo and we would like to recommend it to others. The condo is in a perfect location for those who like to be in walking distance to all the things that Old Town Scottsdale has to offer. The unit has high ceilings, wonderful windows and is beautifully decorated. My husband is a cook and we felt this kitchen to be the best equipped of all the rentals we have tried. The place is very clean and fresh unlike some rentals that are very worn. The owner was very responsive to our requests and was a fun guy to work with. Underground parking is a real plus. Recommended

We rented this condo for the month of March 2018. Our experience from the initial request to rent through to check-out was exceptional. The owners and their management agent are so responsive, and have a sincere commitment to ensuring that your time at the property meet all your expectations. The condo has everything you need. It is well furnished with linens, pots and pans, dishes, etc. The building is very secure. And best of all, you are close to everything in Old Town, and can walk to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, the weekend’s farmers market, and Fashion Square Mall.
