The grounds, tiki bar, cafe were excellent. The exterior and interior of the condo need some maintenance work. Freezer did not make ice or freeze anything. Burner on stove not working. View from balcony was excellent.

View was beautiful. We did have an issue with water heater, but it was very quickly addressed and fixed. Love that a broom and dustpan were on the property (some places forget to have them)

Everything was great EXCEPT you won’t be able to sit beside the beach! They have chairs that you can rent , but they are not close to the water. You can use your own chairs, but they have to be behind all of theirs(so you’ll not even be able to see the water that far back) Other than the beach issue, everything was great!
