Personal ist sehr gut geschult, freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich.
Im Zimmer und Wellness alles vorhanden was ich brauchte.
Einrichtung geschmackvoll, und praktisch.
In diesem Zimmer leider kein Ausblick. Nachts Lärm von einer Pumpe.

The Belvedere understands something that many hotels forget: luxury is not excess. It is care.
I stayed in one of the more modest rooms, yet I never felt I was missing anything. Everything worked. The bed was comfortable, the linen was excellent, and every detail had been considered without drawing attention to itself.
The gardens, the pool and the grotto create a genuine sense of calm. The art feels chosen rather than displayed. Nothing is ostentatious. Nothing is trying too hard.
Good hospitality is often invisible. It is found in quiet efficiency, thoughtful design and people who understand that comfort lies in the accumulation of small things done consistently well. The Belvedere does exactly that.

The staff was very friendly, caring and welcoming.
For the price I payed I was expecting a better standard. The room I got was small, had a window looking at a wall. I am actually quite thin and could barely fit in the shower. The tubes from the toilet would sometimes smell and if you were not careful to close everything flood with the smell the room. At the breakfast corner was at times hard finding the plates and not much variety. The wood on the finish sauna would need a change, feels old and consumed.
