The hotel lady was compassionate and moved us to another room after we wasted some time arguing.
I personally don't believe that someone could cancel their reservation at 7 pm.
There was tea and coffee, and since I had a cold, a cup of tea was really handy.
The description and pics didn't match; the room wasn't as well maintained and/or clean; the room size was much smaller than in the description. The description specifically said 28 sq.m., but when I tried to open the bathroom door, it wouldn't fully open because the bed blocked it. How is that 28 sq.m.?
Another point: who has a hotel room entrance door with glass? That's really strange.
