Located in Steamboat Springs, this charming house for $946 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The Burgess Creek Chalet is among the largest true single family homes located less than a mile from Steamboat Resort. It has all the best amenities for a fabulous vacation-- x-large hot tub, pool & foosball tables, steam showers, 2 massive decks with grill and firepit, private ski lockers at the base, private guest suite, plenty of parking with 2 heated garages, seasonal pool, theatre seating TV room, full size bar in rec room, and so much more. Nestled right off Eagle Ridge Drive, Chadwick Estates is well known for exceptional craftsmanship, luxury settings, great amenities, expansive views and great privacy. This elegant home has 4 levels, with massive vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams. The main home has 4 bedrooms all with private bathrooms. The 5th bedroom is a detached suite with a private entrance. Please see picture that shows entrance. It is accessed by stairs from the back deck. The main level the main home hosts an amazing gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops. Complete with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, huge gas stove, and the kitchen island even has a warming drawer. It is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the group. The solid wood dining table seats eight comfortably with additional seating in the island area, ideal for the whole group to enjoy each other’s company during each meal. The main level living room has beautiful leather chairs and a couch, plenty of seating to relax in front of the gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Take a stroll out to the deck with beautiful south valley views of the Flat Top Mountains and the ski mountain. The gas grill is located on this deck too, the plush patio furniture will leave you never wanting to get up. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a huge master bathroom with double vanity sinks, a large soaking tub and spacious shower. Downstairs there is a huge living area complete with a bar, pool table, and theatre seating for movies as well as one of the bedrooms. Also on this level is a lower deck with a outdoor fire pit and a new giant Hot Springs hot tub with views of the ski slopes and Burgess Creek (flows behind the house). Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with private baths and office area with foosball table. Two 1/2 bathrooms are located near each of the 2 large living areas as well. This home has 4 garage parking spaces. There is no shuttle service. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the ski area. The home also has an elevator which is great for getting luggage to the upper and lower levels. Our property currently has 3 outdoor surveillance cameras that will be turned off during your stay. DISTANCE TO DOWNTOWN: 3. Miles DISTANCE TO FREE CITY BUS STOP: 2 Blocks DISTANCE TO SKI AREA: 3 blocks or 10 minute walk Central A/C: NO ( The Vast Majority of units in Steamboat do not have A/C and it is usually not needed. Fans Available in the unit. ) Wall AC unit in the Master and Upstairs bedroom. We have screens on the doors to allow cool fresh mountain air into the home. No Sports Teams, No PETS allowed and NO SMOKING!

This house was amazing! Good location. All (minus grandparents) were able to walk to and from ski base (10-15 walk). The best part were the ski lockers at the base. We didn’t even realize that was an amenity when we booked but turns out it was the best amenity. All ages enjoyed the pool table. We also didn’t realize there was an elevator but that also turned out to be super helpful for the Grandparents. The kitchen was amazing as well. Top brand appliances. There were two dish washers and three sets of washer/dryers, definitely came in handy. The bed I stayed in was super comfy as were the sheets. The hot tub was huge and felt amazing after being on the slopes all day. All in all I give this listing a 5 out of 5!

This home was super nice - perfect for our family!
Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, big kitchen and dining table, a balcony with seating, fire pit, new hot tub with a gorgeous view, an elevator (which came in handy for my elderly parents), and a great basement/game room with pool table, poker table, theater seating and a big bar! The detached suite was really nice, too - perfect for my brother and sister-in-law (she is immune compromised , so it provided more privacy for them).
Wendy, our host, was GREAT! She quickly replied to all of my questions prior to the trip, greeted us when we arrived, had a catalog with recommendations of things to do and places to eat, and gave us a tour of the house with instructions on how to operate everything!
There were a few things that needed updated/fixed, but overall, I highly recommend this beautiful home and vacationing in Steamboat Springs!

Our stay at Steamboat was awesome. Wendy met us when we arrived and showed around the house pointing out things that were helpful to know. She was very easy to contact during our stat. The home was beautiful, it had everything we could possibly need, and fit our whole family. We loved that it had 5 queen size beds for all the adult couples. We also loved the large table where we could all sit together for meals and games.

Had a wonderful time in Steamboat at this gorgeous house! Wendy was great and gave us a full tour of the house and showed us how to use everything so that we didn't have to call and bug her during the week. My only complaint is that the wifi internet in the house if pretty bad. It's constantly cutting in and out. It worked fine on the TVs to stream netflix, however, they have a cool sound system that kept dropping connection all week. The sound system plays pandora or spotify all over the house, but it would play for a little and then stop because of lost connection. Even our phones had a hard time staying connected with fast speed. Maybe the TVs were hardwired for internet? Anyway, since we were to ski, I'm not taking off any stars for a fancy stereo system that didn't work properly. We would totally stay here again!

This property is amazing!!! Wendy was so helpful! We had lots of room to spread out and the amenities were really great! Close to the mountain activities and a short drive into town! The views from the decks was spectacular! Love to go in the summer too!

We had three generations with granddaughter turning one. Property was great with full bath for every bedroom, and two half-baths. Great balconies, sparkling hot tub, and big kitchen. Game room was fun.

Great house for large families
We so much enjoyed our stay at this massive house. It was perfect for our family of 6 and our friends with a family of 5. The kitchen is beautiful with state of the art industrial appliances. The location is a stone throw away from the base of the mountain. Wendy was communicative and helpful. Our only complaint was the deck was splintery - so be sure to pack your slip on shoes!

The location was 3 minutes from the main garage at the mountain. Wendy was very professional and responded immediately to a couple of questions we had about the house. We'd certainly stay here again!

Amazing home in excellent location
If you're on the fence about choosing this house, do it! We visited in September as our consolation prize for having to cancel our Hawaiian vacation due to the pandemic for a third time. I was aiming for a property and location that would be so amazing that we'd all walk in and say, "Hawaii who?", and this did just that. The house was perfectly clean, the property manager did a great job showing us how to use some of the technology, and the location was perfect for going for walks, jogs, and driving to fun places.
I especially want to commend both the owner and the property manager for being flexible with regards to Covid. One member of our party tested positive for Covid, and because we have a high risk child under 12 (so not yet vaccinated), we couldn't let them join us until they'd isolated for the required time. The owner allowed us to move our reservation so that we could all arrive the same day! I realize this wouldn't have been possible if someone was booked right after us, but she didn't have to do it either way. It's nice to see an owner with a "we're all in this together" attitude.
The manager was also very understanding about our high risk child and was willing to wear a mask and give a shortened tour to help protect us all. It was very kind.
Finally, the property manager was consistently quick to respond to questions, even on weekends (which seemed to be when we had them!), and even got a tech in (and arranged for masking and everything) same-day when we had an issue with one of the TVs.
I'd absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.

Annual Father/Son Ski Trip
We had a group of 10 - 5 Dads and 5 College Age Sons - so the house set up well for us by having a large multi-bed bedroom and bathroom for the boys and a large separate entertainment room for the boys in the evenings. The owner and manager were fantastic and very accommodating. The manager helped us with groceries, shuttle service, and any issues with the house, which made our time even more enjoyable. The house is very comfortable and spacious for 10. The Village and Gondola areas are walkable from this house as well. Everyone had a great time. We would definitely stay here again!

The game room downstairs got a lot of use as did the large, very clean hot tub. A fire pit and heat lamp are on the upper deck. The house has steam showers, gas fireplaces and lots of kitchen cooking items. The elevator was handy for one of our party that had recent knee surgery. We golfed, fly fished, biked and hiked. Fortunately the wild fire smoke didn't impact our 10 days. It's a pretty perfect place.

Amazing property
The house is beautiful, and is actually more amazing than pictured. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could have possibly wanted with all top notch appliances and accessories. With the nice weather we had during our stay, we really enjoyed using the hot tub and sitting outside in the afternoon on the 2 porches. Just a lovely house and we are very happy we chose this place and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Steamboat.

Great spot near Steamboat Base
We had a group of couples plus one baby and this place was great. The thing that really stood out were the extras: hot tub is large and nice, heated patio + fire pit, great grill, the game room is a lot of fun, I could keep going!
The walk to the gondola takes 10-15 minutes. Be sure to spec out your route beforehand as it can be a little confusing.
Overall a great spot, I would highly recommend it.

Stunning
The house exceeded our expectations in size and amenities. It was perfect for my large family. The kids really enjoyed the movie theater, pool table, and hot tub. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The working fireplace makes the place cozy while offering amazing views through the tall windows. Maureen goes above and beyond to make her guests feel comfortable. She even put out a happy birthday sign because I had told her that we were celebrating my father’s birthday, which was a extremely nice touch. The house had all the cooking supplies you could dream of (including a stand mixer!) and was stocked with coffee and a few snacks for us, which was great. Overall, I would highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group staying in steamboat. 10/10

Amazing Steamboat Stay
This property is as described and better. Our two families - four adults and four kids - were incredibly comfortable. We fully utilized the kitchen and all the living spaces. It was very easy to spread out for some individual time - families with differing wake and sleep schedules will be very comfortable. While we never walked to the ski base, it would be walkable without young kids and lots of gear. The drive, however, is two minutes. Easy. Unloading your gear in the house is a cinch with the amazing mud room and cubbies. The kitchen is well stocked. The water pressure and temp in all the bathrooms is top-notch. Very welcome after a long day in the slopes. You’ll love the hot tub and fire pit outdoors! We just had a great stay!
