Very last minute booking But Eldon was great and gave me lots of useful information even if I did forget it from the time of leaving my house to arriving. Totally on me and can't fault him. I admire his patience 🤣

Location was perfect, short walk into the town, host was very helpful, room was lovely with amazing view.

Great proximity for the C2C bike ride. Very well run with great communication and service from the staff. Breakfast was very tasty and good quality too.

The view was lovely
An odd payment system through another payment platform, although already paid for via Booking.com. Parking was difficult - on a blind bend and having to reverse in. There were a group of us all trying to gain access to the guest house, but nope we all had to call the host to be given the access code for our room keys. We had to assist an elderly guest who didn't have a phone therefore had no way of getting his access code! Booked a double bed to arrive to 2 x single beds - host explained that you push the 2 beds together to make a double - sorry, not that desperate to have to move furniture!! The room was cold - no heating. Would not recommend!
