Located just one mile up Main Street from downtown Napa, you'll find the Carriage House not only extremely comfortable but also convenient to town and the wineries of Napa Valley. There’s a beautiful outdoor area for you to enjoy, and located close to world class restaurants, tasting rooms, coffee shops, parks, and shopping. The kitchentte has an electric griddle, sautee pan, microwave, coffee/tea provided (no full stove/oven).

Beautiful cottage furnished with love by Tom and Judy. The room had everything we needed and more.
It was well equipped to cozy up and enjoy a quick meal before bedtime or breakfast before we headed out to explore Napa. The beds were super comfortable and Tom even answered my request at 730 am for more towels. He generously shared persimons as well. If you're looking for a quaint place close to wineries but also very economical this is the place!

This was our fist time in Napa and the Carriage House was the perfect place to stay. Very comfy and charming and the outdoor areas are just beautiful! Thanks to Tom and Judy for their hospitality and responsiveness as well as great suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Great location
The Farmhouse on Main Street was very clean, and the bed and linens excellent. The location was central to all the wineries we chose to visit and the town of Napa. We were surprised to find that there was not a working stove top or oven. The listing and photographs suggested that there is a fully operational kitchen in the Carriage. There is not. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here.

This property was beautiful, they had a shared patio area to enjoy in the evening and the location was within walking distance of so many amazing restaurants and the waterfront! Host was friendly and communicative. We also enjoyed the cat that lived on the property, very friendly.

Nice getaway
My GF and I were looking to get away from the city life. The property is clean, the communication was thorough.
One thing I loved was how easy it was to get to grocery stores or wineries!

We enjoyed our stay at Carriage House very much. It was clean and neat and so much thought was put into its decor. Would definitely stay there again.

We can only say wonderful things about this property and the owners. Beautiful, clean, rustic. We just wish we had planned to stay longer.
