The location was good
There’s no bell hop. So more of a self check in place than a hotel. Staff when we arrive wasn’t super friendly

Beds were soft and room was large for New York
Mirror fell off the wall the second I walked in, staff seemed unconcerned that’s such a heavy item was unsecured. Texted me at 10:15pm about returning the mirror to my , I was staying 1 night. Towels were stained with rust and make up. I was also given incorrect advice about sharing the annoying digital key.
