The location is nice and far from the noise of traffic, on a car-free street (only sporadically are cars allowed). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel design and the fact that it is 300 years old made the experience interesting.
Some of the limitations of hotels that are not renovated due to being given historic/heritage status, including the lack of a lift or the lack of central heating. However, the overall experience is interesting.

The hotel is ideally situated in a very central location, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast was a highlight, both in terms of quality and the charming traditional-style breakfast room, which reflects the hotel's overall classic character well. Housekeeping was also to a very good standard. Very good Wifi in all areas.
On the downside, the mattresses and bedding were in need of an upgrade. The fire detector in the room flashed intermittently throughout the night, which was rather disruptive to sleep. Street noise was occasionally noticeable, and the walls proved somewhat thin at times.

The hotel is in the old town, with a good view of the theater from the window. Nice sunshine.
The room smells like paint; the wall was probably painted recently. I had to leave the door and window open whenever I was in the room, including at night. However, it is too noisy on the street if the window is open at night. I asked to change a room; the only one available was the one next to the stairs without a window. The bathroom also smells a little like a sewer. The manager really needs to check this room #232.
