Location was perfect. I wouldnt call it a "penthouse," but the overall layout worked. It doesnt easily sleep 5; the couch is the fifth person's bed. With a family of four there for a week, we asked for a new set of towels midweek and were ignored. Saw a mouse twice, which we reported.

Property was clean in a great location. Check-in process was easy. Communication from time of booking to receiving door codes was wonderful. One of the reasons for booking this unit was it is listed as having 2 bathrooms which is what I was looking for. What we found was 1 full bath and a power room. Made it work but feel it is miss leading.

Stay was great!! House was clean. There were no tea towels or wash cloths in the kitchen. Only one wine glass… girls like to drink wine. Communication was good. And we had a good time in montreal

Great location in Old Montreal and a great unit. Our only issue was that we had an issue with one of our toilets and it took almost 48 hours to receive a response from the owner.

I can't imagine a better location for a stay in Montreal. Makes for a completely walkable stay with incredible surroundings. Note that the King bed room is not as shown in the posting. There are no windows in this room. And the staircase needs some work. Loose screws are leading to a wobbly stair experience.
