We had a superior level sea view room. The room was very large, occupying a full corner of the floor. It had two balconies and a massive washroom. Our view of the ocean was really nice. The included breakfast was great. We really liked the sunset bar and the adult's infinity pool. The access to the beach through the other portobay hotel was easy. We appreciate there are washroom facilities at the beach. The hotel was within easy walking distance to local restaurants and bard. We really enjoyed our stay

Pool area was great and there was a boardwalk with stairs to the beach nearby. Restaurant on site had great options and staff friendly.
Some of the facilities didn’t seem to match the cost of the stay - eg. Aircon in the rooms didn’t really work and when we raised it because it was so hot we struggled to sleep they said they would raise with maintenance but that was just how it worked. Came home feeling tired from poor sleep the whole trip. Breakfast buffet quite simple and hard to get an outdoor table on the terrace - often queues to sit out there.
