The Resort is beautiful and well
Maintained. Access to the beach is easy and red cliffs offer a dramatic backdrop to the white buildings of the resort and the beautiful planting.
The staff are lovely and good fun. The resort is spotless. The pools are all lovely. The no claiming your sun lounger until you are ready to use it was a dream.
Apart from the XXL restaurant and the rather expensive Japanese restaurant the food was not 5 star. The breakfast buffet was good and always kept well stocked but the filter coffee and the coffee machines were dreadful.
However my main complaint was the buffet and Indian restaurant were closed. The Italian and the cafe corda were pretty poor food offerings. Definitely not 5 star.
We were also on half board but I didn’t realise this was a €55 limit. And did not include water at the table. The constant adding of a tip was also annoying and embarrassing. I wish they would just pay their staff better. Even if you bought an over priced cream from the cart there was a recommended tip added and it was up to you to remove it. Which I found slightly embarrassing in front of the staff.
Everything was very expenses. £50 for a 1 hr game of tennis seemed steep. Golf around £120 for 9 holes after adding on equipment.

We come all the time. It’s a fabulous resort
It took us 2 hours to get a room. The first room presented to us only had 2 beds for 3 people so we had to upgrade and pay an additional €150 to get a room with a sofa bed. The whole process took 2 hours when all we wanted to do after travelling was to have showers and freshen up, then go for dinner..
