The property is vast with lots of additional activities, restaurants and bars. There are opportunities but all at high additional costs. Waiting staff try very hard and are friendly, despite how busy they are.
The accommodation was basic for a luxury property, maintenance issues with shower and smell, both reported but nothing actioned, very basic housekeeping service, unfriendly front of house staff, most activities aside from the pools cost extra and the cost is high. Restaurants and cafes are overpriced and not as good as other 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Queues for breakfast were huge.
