Clean, great food and drinks selection great room sizes
The fact the bar isn’t open until 10:30 which is a long time after breakfast if you are thirsty. Wasn’t bothered by alcohol just soft drinks would’ve been good

The sports facilities were great. The cleaning staff were also great.
The 'adult pool' was full of kids and all loungers were reserved with towels from first thing in the morning everyday, making it impossible to get a bed during the day. The breakfast was average - same food everyday and was pretty cold. There was a quiet room in the back where we liked to sit during breakfast, but the staff wouldn't allow this unless the breakfast hall was full. When you put a deposit down for a towel for the pool, you had to keep that same towel throughout your stay - you had to pay a couple of euros for a clean one, which I thought was weird and unnecessary. The majority of reception staff were nice, however one in particular spoke to my mum in a very rude and condescending manner - we didn't manage to catch his name as he never wore a name tag (perhaps he was manager!). This was very disappointing and was not a great start to our stay.

The location. Entertainment staff
Lack of flexibility with staff. Poor food quality. Poor bar service and lack of an actual bar. Reception staff refusing to rectify the oversight in booking outside our group refusing to speak to the manager for solutions and charging up £540 extra for upgrade of all inclusive. Condescending and patronising responses
