Custom omelettes, themed restaurants, beautiful greenery and luxurious feel.
I also liked that the rooms were cleaned daily. Cleaners were flexible if you were in the room and they came back later.
Washing machine and dishwasher in the room was a plus. Pools and sunbeds did not feel overcrowded.
No sign off on return of equipment e.g pool cues and table tennis. This was told to reception as there was a doubt whether the return had been recorded. Tips were not included in half board this would have not been a problem on drinks but after most of meals had been prepaid if felt strange paying a tip (%) for a cost that had been made a few months before. Would rather pre-pay tips like in cruises.

The resort was absolutely beautiful and looked like a painting. It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with lovely surroundings. I think it would be especially enjoyable for a large group or a big multigenerational family.
Despite its beauty, the resort was not particularly suitable for families with young children. There were very few activities and no special evening entertainment or family fun. Breakfast was served in two different locations, but Lemon Square was not enjoyable at all because there were so many wasps and flies. Breakfast was also a long walk from our accommodation, and the shuttle service was too infrequent. Many of the staff struggled to communicate in English, which sometimes made things difficult. The restaurants were of a very high standard, but surprisingly, they were even more expensive than comparable restaurants in London.

The facility is very good. We stayed in apartment at the Pine Cliff Gardens which has good size, very clean. The house keeping was really good.
It is a big resort and cars can be driven in the resprt. So
Always feel quite stressful to avoid the cars especially when walking with children in the resort. The hotel management and service was very poor. It was extremely difficult to make reservations for activities and restaurants in one go before and after arrival. The hotel reception and conceige cannot make all the bookings. Everything has to be booked with seperate emails or with different teams. There were a few occasions that I asked the hotel reception to cancel a restaurant or change the padal court time or ask activities times. Their answers are always they cannot do it. I had been told to ask conceige a few times but they are not working at night time and have to wait until the next morning! The spa was poor and was a rip off. The facial I booked finished 10 mins earlier and they always try to convince you to go for another option which is different to what we orginally booked but more expensive.
