Everything!
Couldn’t fault it

The whole facility is always clean and orderly thank to the friendly and hard-working staff.
It's a peaceful and family friendly place to rest, there was no noise or partying outside at night.
The breakfasts were delicious and healthy and the restaurant has a great view of the sea.
Our room was a lot bigger than expected, it looked like a room from a 5 star hotel.
Our stay at 3HB Falésia Garden was amazing, we can't wait to return next year.

This is an exceptional quality property with amazing staff. The location is beautiful and the gardens and all facilities well/cared for.
Nothing really to dislike. However, the indoor pool and gym each incurred a separate substantial additional daily per-person fee, which surprised me, considering the star rating and cost of the hotel. Just a heads up.

The bed was exceptional, the best nights sleep we have ever expierienced. The rooms were very clean and very well equiped. The ceiling fans were a dream.
The food in the pool side bar and the bar above is really really good, service was brilliant in both.
The staff were friendly and helpful going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
Pool and sunbed area was really nice and the added bonus of the walkway down to the beach is a really nice touch.
Would not hesitate to come here again and did not want to leave after a 4 night stay.
Breakfast was sometimes on the cold side.
Gluten free options available for cealiac but not always very obvious, were provided when asked for and was not a problem but arent on the menu.
