Stayed in a Townhouse
The facilities of the resort are great, especially the modern and fully equipped gym

Beautiful resort
It needs a bit of updating- shower in one of the bathrooms was broken. But mainly it was very good

The resort was very luxurious. The facilities were amazing for kids. The houses were clean and very comfortable.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They catered to every need. Our baby got hurt in one of the restaurants outside the resort and they couldn't have been more helpful to us.
There is a beautiful beach available.
The beds and pillows and very luxurious.
There is an amazing playground for kids and many pools.
You dont need to bring towels, shampoos etc as its all available there.
Overall, we really loved our stay there.
The hidden costs in the restaurants. They are extremely expensive in the resort and half the price if you go outside the resort.
The mini mart is very expensive and not stocked.
Some of the waiters in the O pescador restaurant were very rude.
There were very little ramps for buggies and as this is a family resort we would have expected more.
A small fence in the downstairs balcony would be very helpful for people with small kids as the house was close to the road.

The views and property/grounds were incredible! Great pools and restaurants. Close to restaurants and grocery store. The beach was beautiful! The townhouse was big with lots of space.
The townhouse was dated with lots of wear and tear - door knobs falling off, loose railings, broken kitchen cabinets and AC was not working well (noisy and only low fan speed).
