Extremely clean room. The front desk checked me in extremely quickly, and had someone ready to lift my suitcases up the stairs. It's also a great location, 5 min walk away from train station and bus stops. Great restaurants literally around the corner too!

Excellent location, walkable from Venice train station and most of the attractions too. Staff are very helpful and easy to checkin. Lots of restaurants around, gondola services.

The room was very nice overall.
Our main issue was the temperature. Way too hot (high 20 degrees). We turned the heater and towel rack off and opened the windows. Unfortunately without screens on the windows mosquitoes got in and bit us during the night. We had to close the windows but ended up being uncomfortably hot. Both of us couldn’t fall asleep. I might have gotten 1.5h of sleep overall. Apart from this, everything else was perfect but as our goal was to get a decent night’s sleep, this ended up not being a great stay.
