The location was very good and close to the everything we needed. We took the bus from the airport, and the hotel was very close to the bus stop. Ferry and train station was also very close. The hotel was clean, staff was kind and friendly. We arrived late at night when the check-in was already closed. But we called the hotel a day before, and staff helped us to check-in in the midnight, we really appreciated that. Thanks Caterina and the lady in the reception :D
I don't know why but we could hear every sound comes from the next rooms. In that sense, we felt that there is a lack of privacy, and it's a little annoying. And in the bed, even duvet cover was noisy (the cover seems like polyester/plastic looking, I don't know what it was, but every time I moved in the bed, I heard the plastic bag sound :D). Maybe they can consider to change that covers?

We loved Ill Velierio, it was spacious, the shower was amazing, the bed very comfortable & the overhead fan was a definite bonus. Our hostess was very welcoming & gracious. The room was perfect.
