Very professional manager on reception. Breakfast was excellent - even had bacon sandwiches! Location was near our friends' house.

The pictures actually match to the reality expectations. The Hotel was clean and nice, the staff were always friendly and really helpful. Really recommend this hotel for the lovely stay in Venice.

Room was lovely. Shower was hot & powerful. Breakfast was nice
My husband couldn’t stand up in the shower as we were on the top floor and the sloping ceiling meant you couldn’t stand up in the shower of your over 5’4

Room was beautiful, bathroom was very well equipped.
Breakfast was very scarce, just a bunch of pastries, some cold cuts and raw eggs you had to boil yourself, definitely not worth 15eur/person. The staff was also unhelpful during checkout. When we asked for an invoice, they told us we should've requested it in advance at check in and if we have any complaints, we should send an email. Also note the location is 30 min away from major attractions.
