Everything was great and clean. We received clear instructions and very good recommendations from the host. The location was perfect for us.
The curtains were a bit stained. Although we booked a double bed, we received two single beds put together, so the little space between them was a bit uncomfortable. But not a deal breaker, everything else was fine!

The hotel is located at the heart of historical Venice, a few minutes walk from Gallerie dell'Academia and about twenty minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. It is easily accessible from the airport with the airport water shuttle. Despite its central location, the place is really quiet and peaceful. Rooms are not very large but spacious enough to have your suitcase opened and still have room to move. Simple breakfast food (fruit, bread, croissants) can be found in the kitchen, and there is a coffee machine that makes okay coffee. Although you may not see a hotel person during your stay, the check in/out instructions are clear and helpful.

Location was expectedly good, and the procedure of registration simple and efficient.
The room's size is inadequate for a couple. For three days of our stay, the room was not cleaned even once. The water pressure in the bathroom was inadequate, and the bathroom itself too small.
