The staff were amazing! There is no faulting their professionalism and care towards guests. Absolutely amazing.
Sadly, and I feel uncomfortable saying this because the staff were so lovely. The room was tiny, basic, and I even upgraded to a sea view room for extra money, but half the window was frosted! So you couldn't even see the sea. Also because of the very small size of the room the bed and bedside table obstructed the window, so I was a bit upset I'd spent the extra money for an 'upgrade'.
Unfortunately, I feel the room was very overpriced; it hadn't been decorated in decades, and it certainly wasn't sea view label worthy. If the room had been a lot cheaper, I would have been ok with this; the bed was clean and its location was ideal for the reason for my visit. But too overpriced, unfortunately. Felt a bit sad when I walked in, and bank account was unnecessarily lighter.
