We loved our stay here. Rebecca was a fantastic host and bought our tickets for the park and explained everything with a map. Otherwise it is very confusing. She speaks fluent English. The room was very comfortable and clean. It is in a very quiet part of town but walkable to restaurants and Didis are very cheap. Breakfast was great. We thought it was great value for money

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, we were welcomed and very well looked after. The hotel is literally on the doorstep of the national park, so close to everything. The owner of the hotel is such a lovely lady, she’s an organising superstar, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She also speaks very good English so there wasn’t a communication barrier at all. She booked all our tickets and organised our itinerary perfectly to our needs. We didn’t miss a thing! Our whole stay including tickets for all our activities and transport was incredibly good value. So if you’re wanting to explore Zhangjiajie park and other areas then I would highly recommend staying here. We hope to stay here again one day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely loved this gem of a place. Rebecca was a pleasure to deal with, the beds have crisp white sheets and are extremely comfortable. The room was immaculate and there were even amenities like tooth brush and tooth paste. The breakfast is delicious and Rebecca's cooking is outstanding we had dinner there one night, I wish we had eaten both nights at Easy House.

Staff were delightful. Rebecca has great English and was exceptionally helpful and patient with all our requests for bookings. Bedrooms/bathrooms very clean.
