Nestled in Bath, this lovely house for $171 per night is a great option for your next break. *Corona Virus Update: All touched surfaces thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before arrival. Extra ventilation between guests. Staff wear gloves for cleaning.* This modern riverside home features beautiful interiors with Scandinavian influence and tons of natural light, ready to welcome you to one of Bath’s coolest neighbourhoods right next to the River Avon. The home has been recently redecorated in a contemporary Scandinavian style that works well with the open architecture of the house. All the beds have comfortable mattresses and each bed can sleep two guests. The 3 bedrooms come with double beds, comfortably sleeping 6. All bedrooms have beautiful large windows. The large and bright kitchen is fully equipped and offers a great space for communal cooking and gathering. It opens up to to the homes modern dining room as well as the living room area. The entire open living area offers a great place to spend time with your family or friends. The living room has large sofas, a mounted TV, perfect for cosy evenings. It also features several bottom-length and roof windows which make this the most special place in the home. The house is equipped with high-speed WiFi and plenty of space to get work done should you need it. Two bathrooms come with showers and the third one features a bathtub. Two bathrooms are also en suite for guest added convenience. There are also a washer and an iron should you want to use them. There’s secure parking spaces close by should you need to park your car. The property is in a locked gated community and is very secure. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. The home is located in a beautiful neighbourhood in Bath overlooking the River Avon and is walking distance from many of the town's attractions such as the Roman Baths, the Jane Austen Centre, the Abby, and the Victoria Art Gallery. The area around the house has a lot of cute local shops, culture and many great restaurants and coffee shops. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and has a lot of green spaces and parks. The home profits from being in such a great location. Since you’re so close to the river and other attractions, this place is perfect for someone who wants to explore beautiful Bath by foot. The surrounding areas are easy to get to and around. There are affordable Taxis and Uber as well as public transport available should you not want to walk. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. Location is great. Inside is decked out in all IKEA. I expected this from the pictures. The place is clean, but t hgt e property is worn down. Dent in refrigerator and the doors did not close properly. The dishwasher did not clean dishes (which explained why the dishes were all a little crusty when we arrived). Finally the toilet seat was very loose and the linen cabinet was falling off the wall in the master bath and the ironing board broken. All in all not somthing that slowed us down, but I don't expect to find these issues.

Stayed here with my husband and adult sons plus girlfriend. Really happy with the property, it had everything we needed, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Excellent location for our trip to Bath, easy to find and parking a bonus. Bath is such a beautiful city to explore.

One of the bedrooms was a mezzanine above the kitchen-lounge, not a bedroom as advertised (a bedroom has walls and doors). This meant any noise from the kitchen-lounge is very audible in this mezzanine room. This should at least be mentioned in the listing. There are lots of other little things not quite right, the worst being the wetroom floor which does not drain and a lack of hot water at certain times. If they advertised it correctly and fixed the annoying issues it would be a really nice place to stay,

Fantastic property, huge, comfortable, clean and set-up well with 3 bathrooms, 2 full size/queen bedrooms + loft for 2. Tons of space and single car parking - just a few minutes walk from Bath City center historic sights, restaurants/bars and shops. Owner/host was solidly reliable, prompt and friendly in communication. Loved the cool modernly comformtable architecture and furnishings of the apartment. We had plenty of room for us, our 2 kids and grandmother - all enjoyed separate bath facilities. Common area was spacious, comfortable, laid back cool, with nice river balcony views. Probably our best stay in the UK. Thank you!

We are a family of 2 couples and a single person and the loft was ideal. Lots of supplies in the kitchen and the bathroom. The location was excellent overlooking the River Avon. Lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions very nearby.
