A very clean property with high standard of facilities & amenities. Location is good, near town centre although bath is a very small town regarding tourist attractions locations. No doubt about the plush luxury & space. 6-8 people can comfortably stay there. The terrace with sitting arrangement by the canal is awesome, it's like a cherry on the cake.
The entry gate, we had to wait for half an hour with our car to enter blocking the road. The contact people over the phone was also clueless, some other guest also had the same experience as informed. Need to address that with priority for future guests.
Also in day time some are parking their vehicle in the yard beyond parking area which takes a real test of your driving skills.
Damage deposit is not getting released on time as assured, we are still waiting to get that even after 15 days with no info from the property handler where as they chased for that very hard before confirming the booking. You won't get any local support as the property is handled remotely by a third party.

Nothing except the location
The bathroom were in clean and water clogging in the tubs and we could not take bath. The shower s did not work. We took the video and photography and send to the property manager but no action. We contacted the support team explained the problem but no resolution though they promised to solve.

The mattresses were bad
The verification process after booking was difficult and cumbersome. Responses of the outsourced team were slow. It took me an upset phone call on the day before the booking to get things sorted, otherwise the process (and thereby access to the appartement) would not have been ready in time.

Great location - in the centre of things but nice and quiet. Nice modern house, with plenty of room for six and comfortable beds, sofa and chairs. Clean white bedding and towels. And outdoor space to dine.
Place needed a bit of TLC: problem with ants in both ground floor bedrooms/bathrooms; blind broken in master bedroom; Shower broken in main bathroom; outside light not working; toilet seats loose; dishwasher needed cleaning, and salt and rinse aid adding as did not clean dishes properly even on the hottest wash. Also, whole process of reservation was long winded and complicated.

This was very conveniently located for the centre of Bath and the parking space was indeed very handy. It was spacious.
Ridiculous number of hoops to jump through to "secure" my booking (photos required with identification). Then the security deposit was not returned to my account automatically, I had to contact them to have it returned. some of the bedroom furniture was broken on arrival.

Great location next to the river with nice views also really close to the centre of town. Accommodation was nice & airy, large rooms, good facilities & well kitted out. Hosts were easy to contact about any issues/queries & responded quickly.
Some external cleaning of cobwebs would have been nice. Also no instructions for recycling or recycling bins to separate waste inside the house. Plus no draining board.

Great location views over the river, everything in Bath no more than a 10 min walk away.
The oven was disapoointingly dirty - had not been celaned for some while. Dishwasher may be broken - did not wash propely and nothing was dry. Didn'y spoil our stay.

Location great no breakfast left.
The cleanliness was was appalling seemed like there hadn’t been a deep clean for ages. The diswasher took me half an hour to clean I don’t thin it had been cleaned for 3 years or more. No washing up liquid was left the toaster was dirty and the inside of the bin was also filthy.

Very nice flat in a central but very quiet location. Lovely viewpoint overlooking the river. Spacious rooms with nice bathrooms.
Lack of instructions provided in advance about how to exit the car park when the gate is shut in the evening- the key fob doesn't work! Providing a photo of the hidden exit button would have avoided stress.
The dishwasher wasn't working properly - it needs fixing. There was no tin opener.

It is a little run down - does not look inviting from the outside. The furniture needs some maintenance - whobbly chair, couch is sagging, loose toilet seat etc.

Fantastic location. Right next to the river and minutes walk away from city centre. Waitrose supermarket literally a couple of minutes walk away and there’s a Tesco Express and Sainsburys a short distance walk away too. Loads of shops, restaurants, pubs, museums, the abbey, thermae spa - wonderful city!
The main window didn’t lock and the ironing board was broken. Little things, they didn’t bother us!

Horrendous stay. Attempted calling the number provided as we could not find the property. Spent 30 minutes on the phone to a chap who had no idea who we were or what was going on. We gained access to the property through luck by bumping into the cleaner. We had random numbers calling us all night requesting ID Verification and an added £250 fee for damage. The property had marks all over the walls, stains all over the carpet and lights that did not work. We read reviews that said the owners did not pay back or took weeks to
reimburse the fee meaning we did not feel comfortable providing this. Mainly because we did not want to be scammed for causing this damage.
Rude service providers, one parking space for a potential 6 occupants and dated stay. We provided ID verification that had to be cleared and waited for our next call out of the 7 we had already received. The phone calls that we answered started from 5pm until 8am. We received voicemails while out for dinner waiting for a way to pay for this ‘damage fee’ saying security will be outside waiting for us. Worst sell from booking.com we have endured.

The property was in a great location and most items were as advertised
We could not access the property due to the fact that the key box had been tampered with and the key was missing. After holding on for over half an hour for our call to be answered, information was eventually provided on how we could access another key. This entailed one of our party getting down on hands and knees to read a bar lock on the garage door where a spare key was kept.

A great place, ideal location, this is our 7th time to Bath and hadnt been this side before, discovered new pubs, restaurants, shops etc. One parking spot on site which is worth a great deal. Great facilities, over looking the river and only a few hundred yards from the start of town but also very peaceful.
There was only a couple of issues, the frying pan didnt work as it wasnt an induction one, our bed was a little on the small side. Once we booked it showed it was a airbnb type place so be prepared for photo i/d for all guests, and a £250 refundable breakage deposit ! no problems with this but would have liked to have known beforehand. The big one, would we stay here again.........................ABSOLULTEY !

unfortunately only 6 towels were provided, even though we had 7 guests. the tefal frying pan, we couldn’t use on the hob as was not an induction pan.

The shower on the mezzanine floor needs sorting out as squirted from all directions .
The instructions on the key safe were given incorrect which then took a while to realise we were in the right place .
To be honest we did have a lovely time but just needs a little TLC .

Location, space, views of the river. Well equipped kitchen and great showers. So much to like but just a little lacking.
It was an amazing space with great views but it needed a little TLC. Little things like no bins in all the bathrooms, no hooks for towels, not enough lamps/lights not working also damaged furniture and walls could do with painting. Damaged kitchen unit and tired wood flooring. The outside looked quite shabby and needed a good clean, as did all the windows and glass. The key code given to us wasn’t correct so we had to wait outside for an hour upon arrival.
