The location is excellent, the property has character.
It could do with a lounge area.

Location was great. Lovely character property with parking.
There was a smell of cooking that pervaded the place. I think they need to clean their fryer or kitchen vent/extractor.
The post code they issue for finding the property is at the wrong end of the street - so we spent quite a while trying to find the place.

Very good quality and good choice .Please pass on thanks to the kitchen team , cleaning staff and all concerned please .
Room was a bit smaller than expected but still good, I think the car parking could be included for the overall cost

Nice location in a quiet part of Bath. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good.
Our room was right by the front door to the property before you even reached the reception desk. There appeared to be no sound proofing so we were disturbed by people coming in and out of the hotel and also speaking to reception etc.
The mattress was a little tired so not as supportive as it should have been.
Cheap sachets of coffee in the room.
No curtains at the window just an ill fitted blind.
Didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel.
