Lovely boutique style hotel excellently located for walking into the city centre, fab intimate bar area, great staff.
Tea & coffee facilities rather strange with one station on each floor and machines that were not so straightforward to use!
Parking tricky and expensive for valet parking but guess that’s any city…

Nice location and room.
Good with the free coffee and tea in a nice room.
For us this was a hotel that tried to be fancy, but couldn't fully live up to it.
Way too expensive for parking (33£ for less than a day), We were told that it would have costed less if we have booked directly (24£), but how should we have known. The communication and service re. the parking alternative was bad and a little rude.
Internet was bad.
No breakfast included.
A lot of noise from running water during the night.
