Just one little thing and it wasnt a biggy ... the shower was a bit small in that you could hardly turn around in it.

Quirky and fun interior decor, comfy bed, informative friendly staff, great value breakfasts, dog friendly (for a £25 supplement), great location, paid parking on site.

Parking is paid at £20 per night, but with parking at a premium in Bath, this is to be expected. The cost of the stay was a little pricey but we we were there over the Easter weekend so the prices in all hotels in Bath were higher.

The staff were extremely friendly and took the time to help with any questions you have. Cannot fault it !

absolutely loved everything about my stay at The Bird. The welcome was so warm I immediately felt at home. The attention to detail and luxury touches were wonderful. I felt so well treated and sorry to leave after only one night.

Lovely and well-decorated room, with a great shower. The staff were amazingly welcoming and the breakfast was delicious.

Unfortunately the coffee machine in our room was broken.

Cleanliness was the only negative. Cobwebs hanging from the light fitting and bathroom vent full of dust that covered the bathroom when switched on.

no separate bathroom didn’t like the 2 frosted glass doors at foot of bed for shower and toilet.. not private, no good for new couples and no good if your on the larger side you wouldn’t fit!! advertised as en-suite deffo not en-suite. feet stick out of bottom of door when sat on toilet! car parking a rip off.. difficult to get into spaces and after paying £20 noticed car park over road for half the price. room service as stated on booking.com is not available. no food to room and no breakfast in room. location just a bit too far for walking to centre. told if bar closed when we get back the porters can still get our drinks.. at 11.15 we got back and told no drinks. wouldn’t pay the high price for this room again.

This was a lovely quirky hotel. Colourful and clean with parking. The room was clean and tidy, and the shower was beautiful. The bathroom was clean and came with ample toiletries and decent-sized towels. Tea and coffee were available, as well as water in the room. The room we stayed in wasn't big but cosy and suitable for our length of stay. We also ate at the restaurant that is also onsite, with lovely food and great cocktails. The staff were amiable and helpful; they also sent us away with cookies and water for our journey home - thank you.
