We stayed 4 nights and have stayed many times before.Have always
enjoyed our stays at the boathouse staff are always accommodating
and the breakfast and dinner always excellent.
Its just a small thing,when you are paying around £300 per night.
You should expect good quality products in the room.Namely toilet
paper.It is the cheapest toilet paper we have come across in all hotels
we have stayed in,and we have stayed in many this year.l would suggest this is false economy,on what is otherwise a great place to stay.

We have stayed before and upgraded the room this time with a balcony. Property is in a glorious position and with the park and ride into Bath is great too. Food excellent and nothing too much trouble.
Two days we watched Hot Air Balloons go up which was added bonus.

We’ve stayed a few times, but things were just less than standard on this visit. If it weren’t for the location and decor, we’d not be comming back
Food dreadful.
Drinks service at the table took 30 minutes to get the four drinks delivered. Ran out of all meat dishes such as steak. Delayed service in the restaurant, poorly cooked beef on the Sunday lunch menu, burnt Yorkshire puddings, ran out of topping for the sticky toffee pudding desert.
Bathroom
Shower boiling hot then cold then boiling hot then cold
Television
Poor internet connection meant it wasn’t pleasurable to watch Freeview. That said, the TVs are ancient and the Freeview thing isn’t quick or easy to navigate
Noisy room
7.45am deliveries outside the bedroom window make g as much noise as humanly possible
Breakfast
Arrived 30 minutes before end of service but there was no orange juice, no dishes for cereal, sparse offerings of any pastries
