Great location. Comfortable beds. Plenty of sun beds. Clean rooms. Entertainment each night.

No welcome on arrival. I had a problem as I expected to pay using Amex. I didn’t realise that was not accepted. My Visa was up to its limit but due to be paid in full next day so I requested to pay the first night and charge my Visa with the rest the next day. The receptionist - Bea - discussed this with a colleague over the phone and was totally disrespectful and unprofessional about me and my family. She assumed - wrongly - that I did not understand Spanish. Once she heard that I did, she offered us Cava. In the end I paid in cash but I would never stay at this hotel again due to her unprofessionalism.

Lovely hotel, food was fantastic and so many choices, great location, pool was nice, staff were very kind and helpful.

It’s quite expensive so I’m not too sure I’d be able to come back, but only due to price. There were also ants that kept appearing in my room, I’m sure that’s not down to cleanliness as everything seemed clean and well kept, but it wasn’t nice finding ants in my suitcase and on the walls.

Everything was perfect, we have been here before, but we will come back again. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the staff is very kind and attentive. Cleanliness was everywhere. I would like to highlight the extra attention of Vanessa ❤️ and Patricio ❤️

The location is nice. The view from the terrace is pretty and the food was good.

It is not worth such money! I had ants in my room and the staff didn’t do anything about it, although I told them. The evening I moved in the receptionist told me everything is okay and checked me in. He said everything is covered as I booked the room through booking.com. In half an hour, he is calling me and saying I didn’t pay for my room, although it was their mistake. They checked me in without paying attention to whether the app charged me or not. When I was paying for my room, the receptionist just chose currency instead of me!! He didn’t even ask me, just pressed “euro”, although I was paying with my American card and I wanted to pay in dollars. I paid extra for double conversion because of this! Female receptionists were also quite rude. When I asked about the price for taxi they booked for me, one of them was sighing with frustration so that I could see it. The taxi driver was late and I was very anxious about being late for my flight. She didn’t want to help me at all. She just said “it is not my problem”, although she booked it for me. Some beach umbrellas were broken and the bar tender was trying to fix it by sticking napkins into the tube where it should be fixated. It did not look like a 4-star hotel. The pool had a lot of hair in it. There are so many people in it every day, I think it should be cleaned more often. My room also looked much bigger on the pictures! They adjusted the photos which was also disappointing. Yes, the location is this hotel’s highlight, but I expected much better service for such amount of money!
