We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive. Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

Our family really enjoyed this property and the neighborhood it was in. Very friendly neighbors, great location (we enjoyed the walking path) and a short drive (or bike ride) to local attractions. The house was well stocked and clean.

We had a great stay and the location is great if you want to get up to the mountains and on the trails, it feels like a quiet neighborhood. House was well kept and clean and we enjoyed using the hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay here for a week of skiing. It was a great location to get to Mt. Bachelor and a nice neighborhood. But I definitely wouldn't describe it as "updated luxury" like the listing.
Pros:
- location great for skiing, easy drive to breweries and downtown
- kitchen is nicely appointed for cooking
- lots of space
- nice backyard with hot tub
- fireplace was a great feature for cold winter nights
Cons:
- we found the sofas and chairs to be relatively poor quality, so not very comfortable for hanging out in the evenings
- I'm not going to list them all out, but a number of things were broken, missing or not fully functioning. We expected higher quality at this price point. We still had a nice stay but there were enough of these things that we felt overall quality control was sub-par.
- The house needs a deep clean. On the surface it was perfectly fine but it needs one of those once-a-year scrub downs of light fixtures, baseboards, fan vents, etc.
A note about the fence: it's great for small-medium dogs but would be too short for large dogs. We thought about bringing ours and are glad we didn't because they would have hopped right over.

We had a great stay here. This is a well appointed home with a great layout, comfortable furnishings and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean when we arrived. The property manager was very responsive to our requests. Beds were comfortable, family room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and all of those things you would rather not have to go buy for a short trip like cooking spray.
The location is great. Right off the highway to Bachelor, and 10 minutes from town. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. This is a well appointed home with a great layout, comfortable furnishings and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean when we arrived. The property manager was very responsive to our requests. Beds were comfortable, family room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and all of those things you would rather not have to go buy for a short trip like cooking spray.

We had a wonderful time in this house, it was less than 15 minutes to down town and activities. Jacuzzi was a great bonus feature and being able to have a pet with us. Plenty of towels. Only complaint was the house was not as clean as it could have been (kitchen floor, sinks and bathrooms.)

Great Location!
Lovely 3 bedroom home, perfect for our family of 4. Fenced yard for the fur babies and a wonderful hot tub for humans. Only 17 miles to Sunrise Ski lifts and 11 miles to Wanogo Snow Park, perfect for snow shoeing with my pups. It’s about 4 miles to Old Mill District. Powder house Ski set us up with all the snow equipment needed. There is a trail about a block away that connects to the river trail. The house is well stocked. The hot tub lock was a little challenging and I would love to have some cleaning supplies available to wipe down counters after cooking meals. Otherwise, it was perfect. We are already planning a return visit for next Winter. Thank you for letting us visit!

Yard Keep Up
The hot tub lock wouldn’t work so we weren’t able to use our hot tub for our stay. Thankfully they refunded us for that fee. The driveway was not maintained though with 4 inches of snow. We were not able to park on the street but the driveway was so steep my car slid down the driveway in parked gear. I had to take my time to shovel the driveway and go buy salt to lay down to help the parking situation.

Winter getaway in Bend with a family of 10
Great location in Bend and perfect for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children)! It was great to be close to the sledding hill, ice skating, grocery stores, great restaurants and all the activities we wanted to do as a family. The hot tub was wonderful after an afternoon of sledding! We had some trouble opening the hot tub at first, but were able to get a hold of someone quickly for help. Very responsive! I would highly recommend this home and will definitely consider booking again in the near future. Thanks for a great stay!

It has a nice backyard, perfect if you have a dog.
It has many rooms to fit all of us. Great location.
The extra room at the master bedroom is a bit stuffy but overall a great property for a family vacation.

Good place
Good location, mostly clean place. The beds were clean and the house is very nice. The faucets in a couple of the bathrooms are reversed and the fire alarm was dying but that was taken care of. When we arrived there was a gap in the garage door, and there is a stain on the carpet in the living room but no big deal. Easy commute around bend.

Great house, easy to work with
Great spot. The room layouts are a little weird, the twin bed room is only accessible from the master - which wasn’t clear in the listing, so required some rearranging of the planned sleeping arrangements. Other than that we had a great time at this house!

This house was in the perfect location for our weekend getaway in the snow. House was very clean and quiet neighborhood.

The backyard is not private.
We loved the house size, layout, cleanliness and the location. It is very close to restaurants, etc. The backyard is not private at all. The neighbors can look directly in and vice versa. We were in the jacuzzi and a neighbor came over and 8:30 at night to tell us to keep it down they were trying to sleep and had to work in the morning. Needless to say we went inside.

Had an excellent stay here. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen, and it even had a foosball table! The checkin was simple and very welcoming! Highly recommend this place. All three of us had a great stay!
