Lovely townhome on Forsyth

Fabulous old townhouse! Well maintained. Two renovated bathrooms with tile showers. Updated kitchen. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. It has two bedrooms with King and the front room has a queen/full? Murphy bed that my teenage son said was fine, a little firm but comfortable. Lots of glassware and there was a tray of the large cocktail ice cubes. Cookware was minimal but we weren't cooking anyway. Loved the charging station in the kitchen and white-noise machines in the bedrooms too! The location was far enough from downtown to be relaxing. It's right on Forsyth Park and only 2 blocks from Kroger with a Starbucks. River St is within walking distance when it's not in the upper 90s.

The shower head was about 6ft in the air so really hard to adjust and the spray pattern was all over the place. With 5 of us taking showers each night, the drain for the bigger shower was slow a couple nights. The description says shampoo/conditioner provided but they are about 1oz each. One set for each bathroom wouldn't have lasted 5 people for one shower. The hand soap was pretty much empty also.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again!

The location was perfect for us getting around Savannah and dropping our daughter off at SCAD. It was perfect that the bus stop was right outside the door. Almost everything was within walking distance.

The only issue was a lack of close parking on adjacent streets. The lack of spaces was bad enough, but some people took up enough space for two vehicles.
