The pool was great - there are day beds and sunbeds. Indoor (warm) and outdoor (cold) pools which is more than most places in Porto have to offer for swimming fans! We came back to our rooms on the first night to see a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. My experience is that the hotel is really making an effort. I had a very minor complaint on the first day and they went out of their way to help me.
I see in the reviews that some people are complaining about the location. Its 7 mins walk max to the metro which then takes you to the centre in 5 mins. Its 20-25 mins to walk depending on where youre going. 20 mins walk to Gaia quay. The upside to staying slightly outside the thick of it is the decent sized pool and spa. Lots of lovely local fruit and veg shops and pastry shops around the area!

The breakfast was lovely, a good selection of foods and the staff were really helpful. The check in process was great and the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. We had a brilliant stay overall.

Great facilities - outdoor pool very nice with good range of seating around it. Breakfast had good hours and a good selection of food
They missed cleaning our room two days in a row, even when asked on the second day and told the room would be cleaned, it wasn’t and we had to return again. Staff at breakfast seemed not to want to help, you’d ask for a water glass (as they kept running out) and seemed annoyed you asked. On the final day a member of staff had her child there which also felt unsafe as she was unsupervised near the pool
