Fabulous beach villa! This newly remodeled private home has new beautiful kitchen, new flooring, stainless appliances, flat screen TV's in family room and all the bedrooms, and new linens and decor. The lush landscaped courtyard, with built-in barbecue and fire pit, make this hideaway the perfect beach home! Enjoy the wet bar while relaxing to the surround sound theater system or watching the sunset! Just steps to the sandy shores of Mission beach where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the boogie boards, surf board, beach toys, sun chairs, and umbrella available for your use! Four bikes are provided for you to explore Belmont Park or ride the Boardwalk. You'll have a blast!

This place really is a gem. It's a perfect little bungalow steps from the beach (and very close to the bay side, too). The house is set up perfectly for a group, with nice bedrooms/bathrooms and large, functional shared space. They've got everything you could want for the beach itself - towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, etc. The front patio has lots of comfortable seating. It's also unique in the area by being all on one floor, which was great for accessibility for our older family member (there are a couple of steps to enter, so need to be able to do that, but once inside all is on one floor). We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Will definitely return!!

The villa was ideally located. Just off the main boardwalk so we didn't have constant foot traffic in front (though that wouldn't have been a problem), close enough to coffee and ice cream and breakfast places, easy to access by car but off major streets. Quiet, comfortable, roomy, light, private. Parking was easy enough and quite secure (garage and additional space). Really a perfect spot for a family escape. Thanks!!!

Check in was easy and fast. Everything and just about anything you may need the host has provided. We absolutely loved our stay.

We have been visiting SD & the beach for many years with our children. The annual tradition continues along with our adult children now. This was the first time at this beach house which turned out being a great time! This beach villa is beautifully decorated, clean, fully stocked to cook meals, beach equipment, bikes, and literally 1 minute to the beach. Overall this villa is perfect and we plan on booking in the future.
