Highly rated(exceptional/5.0 out of 5 stars), Clean, Updated 2BR/2BA in Sandpiper Cove's popular Beachwalk area(directly across quiet street to Beach) with FREE BEACH SERVICE, FREE ON-SITE GOLF. and PRIVATE, UNCROWDED/GATED BEACH ACCESS. Onsite Marina and Canal are good for fishing. PLEASE NOTE: We have adopted the “Okaloosa County Short Term Vacation Rental Safety Plan” This includes following CDC guidelines and VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) Guidelines-which are available on request and are posted in our Condo. Free Onsite 9 Hole Pitch and putt golf course Front entry has partial view of Gulf. Both rear decks overlook Main Heated Pool with 3 Hot Tubs and practice putting green.. Great for families to keep track of kids/also ideal for 2 couples. Both large Bedrooms(Split Plan) feature full Bath on-suites for total privacy .Master bedroom has it’s own private deck. There is an outside shower at the stairs to our Condo. New Washer Dryer (December ‘23.). We have 2 large ,updated Flat Screen TV's with HD(Family room TV is WIFI connected with access to Netflix /Amazon etc. )and a third TV in guest bedroom. Easy access to our Gated Private beach-1,100 feet of of White Sand on the Emerald Blue Waters of Destin. Rates INCLUDE FREE seasonal Beach Service( Mar.1 thru Oct. 31) which includes 2 chairs/one umbrella. Our Beach Pavilion has clean Rest Rooms, cold showers , an ATM machine, Ice Machine and an excellent(cash only) Rick's Sandtrap Cafe. Louisiana Lagniappe, our on-site Fine Dining Restaurant overlooks the Harbor, with beautiful views and awesome sunsets. It is rated #4 of 158 Restaurants in Destin . Newer Sleeper/Sofa(with memory foam mattress) and newer deck furniture . We also provide tennis racquets/balls and golf Clubs(for our 9 hole free pitch and putt course). Complex has lit tennis/ pickleball courts., shuffleboard court and Boche ball Court.. We provide 4 Tennis raquets/balls , and 2 pickle raquets/balls

We always get away for the week of Thanksgiving, this was or first Thanksgiving stay in Destin. We have stayed at Sandpiper before and it still just as nice now. The unit was super, clean and had everything we needed for the week. We made a thanksgiving dinner in he unit along with a couple other meals. The pool was right outside and was nicely heated. The grounds and beach was not crowded at and and the kids even got in the Gulf a couple days. We enjoy Destin but this week was especially great as the crowds and traffic was minimal. We would stay here again next year

Perfect condo for a family of six. Check in was easy and we had everything we needed apart beach towels. The walking distance to the beach, chairs and umbrella by the water were really convenient. Also, being right by the pool was great.Thank you for hosting us!

Our condo was perfectly located to go to the beach or pool. We were close to nice restaurants, great shopping, grocery and fun activities. The condo was clean, comfortable and offered personal touches that felt like you were staying with family. The hosts were amazing, making sure our vacation stay was wonderful!

This was the absolute perfect condo for a family❤️. Location is the best on the beach walk side- right when you walk in. Scott has this condo stocked with all the extras you may forget, it was just perfect. We will definitely be repeat renters. Thanks again for sharing your piece of paradise.

This was my son amd I first trip to Destin and it was absolutely beautiful! The property was very clean and homey. There were plenty of accessories in the kitchen and bathroom. Check-in was very easy and honestly can say I had no issues. I had to contact the person I had rented from to ask a question and he answered on the first call and was able to assist me. He was very nice and personable and informed me to contact with any other questions. I did feel the beach service could use a little work on their professionalism which I informed the property owner and was told they would pass the info along but would not make that go against them on a survey since beach service is separate.
All in all I couldn't have had a better time and would recommend in a second!

Clean, spacious. Perfect location. Close to the nicest pool. Short walk to beach. Location is away from the hustle and bustle, but short driving distance to everything-shops, restaurants, etc.

We had a great family vacation. Quick walk to the beach. Beach service was awesome. Very exciting to watch dolphins from our beach chairs! Condo has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and there are 3 TVs. Grocery store and Target just 2 min. away.

We had a great time at this condo/location! I especially appreciated that it was not in a high rise but a small condo across the street from the beach. The beach service was great and so easy to access. The condo had everything we needed and I loved that the owners provided coffee and creamer! The pool seemed very popular based on the number of people we saw there everyday …but the beach was too perfect to pass up!

This property was top notch. Everything we needed was included. When the weather took a turn, Scott visited and gave us directions how to keep water lines running. Thankfully we had no problems. This unit is in a great location near the private beach, which by the way is gorgeous. There were no issues with noise around the complex. We had an extremely relaxing time and would like to return.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit. Condo is in the perfect location, spacious and clean, excellent communication with Scott, and stocked with extras like coffee, detergent, trash bags, etc. We forgot our AirPods and Scott immediately shipped them out UPS for us. We greatly appreciated it!! Thanks Scott! We will definitely stay again!

The unit was well appointed and laid out for two friends to have a very enjoyable stay. It had all the amenities we wanted or needed and there were many extras we did not expect. The pool and hot tubs were great and even the guys at the gatehouse were extra attentive, All very friendly and I would recommend this unit especially but the whole complex to all. Great Stay

This is our 2nd year renting this Condo. and we absolutely love it!! The location of the unit is perfect for going to the beach or using the pools, golf course and tennis courts! This unit comes with beach umbrella & chairs, crock pots, spices, comfortable beds, etc.!! We’re going to rent it again next year, we love Destin and staying at Sandpiper Cove!!!

Condo is nice but small. In my opinion, its perfect for 1-2 people. I think it's a little too small if 4 people were to stay due to nowhere to put luggage. Only negative things I found were that I couldn't get the front storm door to lock, or the back sliding door.

This property was nicer then I expected based on the photos. Everything was clean. Scott and Laura were always quick to respond to our questions when we texted them. We even had the opportunity to meet Scott in person when he hand delivered a clean comforter the day of our arrival. He was kind enough to get us in a couple hours early so it was still in the wash and he wanted to let us in since we had an early flight into Destin.
The condo itself is PERFECTLY located about 50 yards from the gate to cross the street to the beach. When you are carrying a cooler and everything your kids couldn't carry you will be thankful for much fewer steps. The condo overlooks the nicest of the 3 pools in the complex. It was awesome to be able to see our kids as my wife and I sat on the patio. Also, the proximity and convenience to Target, a gas station, and fast food was fantastic.
The on site restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe is some of the best seafood in Deston. And the water taxi service to the Harbor walk was super convenient.
Lastly, outside of the Virgin Islands, this is the nicest beach I have ever been to. We spent the vast majority of our time on the beach. We couldn't get enough.
We hope to make it back next year and would not consider staying anywhere except this unit.

Perfect Location
This was our first time in Destin. Property/resort offered everything we needed: Beach, Pool, Boat Ramp and Boat Dockage. Our unit had a perfect location - close to the beach and overlooking the pool. We really enjoyed visiting on the shaded porch. Scott was awesome to work with. Great communication and easy check in and check out. We will definitely return here in the future.

Great location
This is our second time staying here, and we love staying here. The condo is a short walk to the beach, and it’s in a quiet location (it’s on the second story). Louisiana Lagniappe is within walking distance and very convenient. There are several pools, and there is a bar/restaurant on the beach. A set of beach chairs with an umbrella is included, which is great. The beach had a good amount of people but it was never crowded or congested. Highly recommend for a family!

The Location was great, and that's about it. The King Bed was so uncomfortable, you need a NEW Mattress. The only thing you can seat on that was somewhat comfortable was the Dinning Room Chairs. The Sofa needs NEW Cushions, the Chair in living room you sink down into the floor, one side of love seat Recliners leaned so only one side was useable. I had to wash every dish and silverware and the pots and pan was so dirty & greasy, I just washed one of each so I can use them to cook. There is an odor in the Master Bath, I keep spraying Lysol. Again this is ONE of the best Locations on the property. We wish you well on correcting these problems. It wasn't the way we planned our 2 weeks in Destin.

Perfect rental in perfect location. Right across the road from private gulf beach and next to pool/hot tubs. Pedestrian light to help cross the road. Beach umbrella and chairs were setup and waiting for us daily. Also, close to Destin attractions but on a less busy side road. Unit had everything you could possibly need.
