I’ve traveled a lot, so I don’t say this lightly: whoever cleans this place does an immaculate job. It’s genuinely one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. Made the beautiful view of the amazing park-like back yard and the ocean even more enjoyable! 10/10 Also, breakfast staff was really friendly. Thank you for the nice stay!

Great property. A little off the beaten path, but 15 min to Ribeira Grande & 20-25 to Ponta Delgada. Large room & bathroom. Nice patio with a view of the garden. Common areas were very nice!
Bed was a little uncomfortable for us (I know that is very dependent on preference).

Large spacious room, great location, close to Ponta Delgada and everywhere else on the island. Clean in general. Towels and linens smell clean, which we did not find to be the case in other hotels on the island due to the high levels of humidity. I would stay here again.
Everything was okay, what could be improved is perhaps the walls and corners look a bit worn and need a new paint to be refreshed. More proper towel hangers are needed in the bathroom.

Good location (we had a car), close to the ocean pool, helpfull and attentive staff, good breakfast, big and quiet room. This small family hotel is very atmospheric and maintained perfectly.
