È stato semplicemente il soggiorno perfetto: la casa di una pulizia incredibile, dotata di ogni confort, di tutto quello che occorre per cucinare, di qualunque elettrodomestico e anche del barbecue . La casa è nuova, dotata di un arredamento moderno e ben curato ed è molto spaziosa: due bagni, 3 stanze grandi, un soggiorno spaziale e una cucina grandissima e comodissima per cucinare. Da una parte la casa è totalmente vista mare, sia dall' enorme terrazzo al piano di sopra dove è possibile mangiare, sia al terrazzo del piano terra, dove c'è tutto lo spazio per mangiare e fare aperitivo. Dietro, dove si trova la cucina, c'è un cortile col barbecue, la doccia esterna , possibilità di stendere, di mangiare fuori. I bagni sono spaziosi, uno ha la doccia, l'altro doccia e vasca e due lavandini. Entrambi dotati di bidet. Le camere da letto sono spaziose, due sono matrimoniali e una tripla. Una delle camere matrimoniali ha la spettacolare vista sul mare (e alba), una spaziosa cabina armadio e un'ampia area con postazione di lavoro dedicato. Tutte le camere sono dotate di varie illuminazioni, adatte a chi vuole luce , soft, luce per leggere, o un' illuminazione più forte. La casa è super profumata e ha un ampio cortile esterno dove poter parcheggiare comodamente 2 auto.
Il padrone di casa Rui è un perfetto host, disponibile, cortese, gentilissimo, si prende cura degli ospiti come della sua casa, in maniera esemplare. Rui ci ha fatto trovare varie sorprese al nostro arrivo perché sapeva che eravamo in viaggio di nozze. Ci ha davvero fatto molto piacere ricevere questa speciale attenzione e tutti i suoi consigli, che sono sempre arrivati tempestivi. Grazie Rui per avere reso la nostra luna di miele semplicemente perfetta.

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus definitiv empfehlen und die Insel São Miguel sowieso. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt und bietet großen Komfort und Platz. Die luxuriöse Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und das kleine Örtchen Capelas.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben.
Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Gastgeber Rui, der für uns immer erreichbar war und sich sofort um alle Anliegen gekümmert hat.

Perfect location. Very kind and easygoing owner. The apartment is fully equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable. If it would be possible - would give more points!
